I’m always pleased with the level of customer service, Tami is fantastic and goes above and beyond, and is the most knowledgeable agent I have found! I told them several times I did not want to renew my progressive policy. When I got renewal paperwork from progress I called and reiterated my request to not renew and and asked Jessica to revoke autopay (early December) and then the policy was renewed and fee taken from my account on Dec 29th anyways. Jessica said she had revoked auto pay but I just got emails from progressive that it was just done today January 2nd. I hate to be lied to by my insurance agent.
I went to State farm instead. Got a professional agent that works for me. I will never do business with Valley insurance again.
