Access Medical Clinic: Prairie Grove

Extremely helpful and kind. There were many patients there so we had to wait a while but usually it's pretty quick. They were extremely apologetic for the wait. The dr took extra time with me to discuss my child's medical needs. Extremely appreciated that they recognized I'm the parent and can make decisions about my child's care. Would 100%recommend this place.

Went in because my son had pink eye. He's extremely scared of doctors and was very nervous. They had him laughing and talking up a storm to them buy the time we left. He thoroughly enjoyed his visit. Thank you for making him feel comfortable and at ease.

The office was easy to find, they are open later and weekends, the building is new so it was very clean, and sanitary. I didn’t have to wait long. I was in and out in about an hour. All staff was super kind, caring, tentative, and serious about your health care.They were knowledgeable, professional, and listened to your needs and concerns. Highly recommend and will be going back for regular check ups from now on!

This place is absolutely amazing. So quick. Melissa and her staff are wonderful with my kids and so knowledgeable! Never leave frustrated or feeling like I wasn’t listened to. 10/10 recommend!

Excellent service, easy to find. The receptionist Nikki was very kind and helped with my insurance and paper work. We were able to get in and out very quickly.

Staff was very sweet, gentle, and very patient with my child during the entire process. They were very informative and thorough. Very fast as well. Facility was very clean also.

I had some extreme pain in my abdomen and visited this clinic because it was close to my house. They saw me extremely quick and everyone was so incredibly kind. Because of my pain, they sent me to a local hospital for a CT (where I had a hospital stay), but they checked on me through all of it! (Really, they called me the next day to see how I was and to make sure I was being taken care of). 1000 stars for this clinic and the staff!

Extremely exceptional facility and staff.
My son was a walk in. He was seen and diagnosed within the hour that we arrived. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a walk in clinic. This will be where I take my children from now on. 🙂

I had a ruptured eardrum that I mistook for an ear-infection. APRN Hutsell explained to me very clearly my diagnosis and she made very clear the plan for treatment and what I could expect. I'm glad we have an urgent care center so close to home. Thank you, Access Medical Clinic!

Everyone was very friendly. I saw a nurse practitioner, Melissa, who was very through and engaged. Overall as good of an experience as you can have when you’re sick.

This clinic is wonderful, thorough assessment by APN. It is awesome we have such a great Urgent Care Clinic easily accessible right here in town. As a retired RN I am partial to APNs for great care.
