Car-Mart of Springdale East

Took me 6 hours to walk out with a vehicle. Convenient, I wish they had free food around or snacks. One or two vending machines would be awesome. Well I am happy I had to choose the vehicle I wanted. Special shout out to Roy!!

Very clean and polite environment. This lot is my favorite to use due to the awesome manager and Mike. They really go above and beyond to get you in the vehicle you want. I will forever continue recommending this lot to my family and friends.

Mike was very helpful in getting me into the vehicle I wanted for the payment I needed, he didn’t try to pressure me into a vehicle I didn’t want but did everything to get me into the one I did. Having lots of issues with Car-Mart in the past I will always make the extra trip 1.5 hrs away to Springdale East, for the experience.

Good service people there are so nice and friendly... they helped me get my way back to work. Good job guys.

I would FOR SURE recommend CarMart. This particular location especially because it's the one I dealt with & I am not sure about the other locations.. that being said this place went out of their way above and beyond to help me. I had hit a deer and insurance totaled my car. I had my car thru AAF. Insurance called me to turn in my car to AAF so they could pay it off and coke pick it up. I would be able to turn in my car and pick out a new one zero down of course. So I went to AAF to do that and they literally had ONLY 1 CAR ON THE LOT! I needed a car that day! I drive over 60 miles round-trip to and from work every day I could not wait til they got cars in. I decided to try CarMart because they always have a huge selection. I went, met with a salesman named Mike, told him my delimma and he told me not to worry they could help! Mike was so helpful in asking me what my needs and wants were so he didn't waste my time showing me things that wouldn't work. He told me he would stick it out with me all day test driving every vehicle if we needed to. I only had to drive one tho I found my ride. So, I pick out my car. Super excited, but then it comes back the payments would be too high for my budget being I had zero down. Mike worked with the lady who did the payments and numbers workup, I cannot remember her name but she had a broken rib and was working!!! She was so awesome as well!! The Two of them kept working numbers and coming up with ideas and talked to the bosslady and ended up able to get me into the car I wanted for exactly my budget payments and only $20 down!! I 100% believe everything happens for a reason and what happens was meant to be and I am convinced I was meant to switch to CarMart. What car lot can operate with no cars? I did feel bad for the salesman at AAF. He looked upset when I came back in my new ride to turn in my old one. He asked me "they did it for zero down?" I said "yup" he just kept walking head down. I felt bad because he lost out on the sale but hey if he is reading this ..go work for CarMart ;) they will not leave u with a job that pays commission and nothing to sell :( .
Also, on a side note, CarMart gives u 7 days or 499 miles in your new car to decide if u like it or not. If on day 6 you decide your blinker is too loud and u just can't take it, u can turn ur car in and choose something else. Lol. The lady with the broken rib told me somebody actually did trade their car because the blinker was too loud. Hey I get it. U pay that much fir something u want it 100%. Lol. Anyway....definitely go to CarMart. Ask for Mike. If he is unavailable I am sure the others are just as amazing.

We had a great experience with Mike and Misty! They worked so hard for us and they got us into a truck that we like. All the ppl at Springdale East are amazing hard working ppl. The best thing about them is they have integrity and a very strong work ethic. Thank you so much Mike and Misty for a great experience. We will be recommending you guys to everyone we know!

I am so excited!! I finally got the vehicle I've been dreaming of for a long time and it didn't financially put my family in a bind. They worked with what I had which wasn't much but somehow between the entire team worked together and accomplished getting me into a vehicle that I love. I loved them! Everybody there was incredibly helpful and great! It didn't feel like a typical car sale, they really went avobe and beyond to help me and I couldn't recommend them more. Mystie, Mike, and Kim were all wonderful. Definitely go here if you're needing a good used car!

Had a great experience, I was in a weird situation where going to a traditional car dealership just wasn’t in the cards for me. I was able to get a nice, reliable vehicle that gets good mileage. Staff were honest and courteous. Mike was totally up front about everything in the process and they walked me through all the fine print. They made sure I was getting something I needed, instead of just making a sale. 10/10 would do again.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Mike, he did a fantastic job by helping me get into a reliable car that I not only enjoyed, but could financially afford. Mike helped us find exactly what we needed and got us into the right vehicle after we had an accident. And a shout out to Misty for helping me handle everything from start to finish with the whole process of this unfortunate situation I found my family in the GM Kim has been beyond excellent and understanding and more than willing to help in any way she can and has trained her team to do the same great group of people who genuinely care about the customer and don't see just another statistic walking in the door.
