I bought an SUV from them with a 2 year warranty that was suppose to pay for repairs. After putting $3,000 into this SUV it broke down the 2nd month. It ended up needing a new engine and the warranty decided not to cover it so the car lot took it back and reported a repo on my credit even though I wasn't late on the payment, didn't give me an option to help with the engine or offer to help me get into anything else. I am very disappointed and wasted $3,000 while destroying my credit. I was totally ripped off. Stay away for your own good!

This was a complete nightmare of a place to shop. My husband and I went there after looking for a truck all day. We found one that he liked, not a terrible price, and low miles. After looking all day, I asked him if we could test drive it. We wanted to see how it rode, if it missed, or anything that appeared wrong. We walked in with my husband’s twin sisters, and the salesman asked for our license and insurance cards. We go back out to get my information so we can test drive it. We walked back in, the salesman appeared to be upset. He automatically asked how old we were, we responded 25 and he told us my husband could not drive because he is not on my insurance. That was fine, so I said I can drive a truck. He went to the copier, copied my information. While he was copying my drivers license and Insurance cards he was asking questions, very rudely, like how much are you putting down, what do you want your payments to be? Well obviously, we didn’t know. Heck, we haven’t even drove the vehicle yet. We had a ball park what we wanted, but who tells salesmen exactly what they want with a down payment or payments. How many people out there buy trucks without driving them or starting it up? He then proceed to say, “we do business here, we don’t play around if y’all want to play around y’all need to go somewhere else.” So, we walked out. It was just so disrespectful how he was towards us, I’ve bought 3 cars from dealerships in Batesville, Searcy, and Little Rock. I have never been treated like that before. I am not one to complain about anything, ever. I’ve worked in the public before and I know how it can be. Honestly, he would have gotten a sale today had he not been a disrespectful and arrogant salesman.

No certain closing time I guess. The schedule on the door is wrong, The schedule on the neon sign is wrong. Wanted a car that they had kinda badly but now I'm disgruntled coz they were closed when I got there all the way from Little Rock. They never reached out to me even after I let them know that I had been there and was still interested in the car. Oh well.....

Kelley blue book states a car for 6k- 7k. They won’t accept anything less than 11k. Larry hung up the phone as we were talking. Could have offered more. But he hung up.

Three witnesses heard me ask has the car been in an accident. The salesman told me no it has not. The next day I had to spend $3000 to get it into a safe condition because it had been in a wreck.. They told me an untruth and should be ashamed.
