Impressions Online Boutique

I love Impressions!! All of their clothes and accessories are high quality and sizing is true/accurate. Shipping is also fast! I have never had to contact their customer service until my most recent order where I had some difficulty returning one item out of my order. I emailed customer service and within 1 hour I had a response that rectified the issue. Kacie was SO helpful, kind, and efficient. I also love that you can return their items for a refund as opposed to just a store credit like most other boutiques - makes me more willing to try more styles and find something new that I have never tried before!

I found this gem of a company a couple months ago & tell everyone about it. I’ve never had an issue with anything I’ve ordered until this past order. It was of no fault of the company. But Dana who gets back to emails so quickly assured she would correct the problem and she did asap. If you’ve been deciding if you should try your luck 🍀 with this company.. do it!! I haven’t ordered shoes yet, but I have the cutest clothes & jewelry and get lots of compliments! This & The friendliness of the ladies there is why I’ll always be a customer of Impression Online Boutique.

This Boutique is legit! The quality of the clothing is top notch, the shipping is fast, and their customer service is amazing. I’ve order a few times and have never been disappointed. I contacted costumer service and received quick replies and my situation was handled quickly. I had a great experience and will definitely be ordering from them again.

Love Impressions Online Boutique! It’s hard to shop online, but I’ve never been disappointed with an order I’ve received from them. Looking at their measurements & model stats has helped with anything I’ve ordered to make sure it is the right fit. One small thing was left out of one of my shipments & Kacie & customer service replied to me immediately & got my situation corrected. Will continue shopping with them! Impressions is such a wonderful and amazing company. I have ordered from them for years and have never been disappointed with anything I have received! Recently I did an order which the post office lost and was absolutely no help in trying to find my package or resolve the issue. I emailed Impressions who responded immediately and didn’t hesitate to help. They offered to send me the pieces that were still in stock and gave me store credit for the rest. They were so wonderful to deal with!! If you haven’t ordered from them you should definitely give them a try you won’t be disappointed!!! ❤❤❤

I never write reviews but I had to brag on this company! I had a pretty large order and paid for quick shipping because I wanted the items before going out of town for the weekend. I received them very quickly and noticed that one of the items I received was incorrect. It was a dress that looked similar. I quickly emailed customer service and got a response almost immediately. They let me keep the incorrect dress (which I actually really like) and they sent out the correct item for no extra charge the same day! Plus, every time I order from this boutique, I’m always pleased with how everything fits! It’s very accurate sizing. I absolutely love Impressions and am very pleased with my experience!

This boutique is absolutely amazing! I finally found a dress for our upcoming family pictures and I have been looking everywhere for one. Impressions had a wonderful selection and they carry sizes XS - 3XL, including cute shoes and accessories! I ordered my dress and after ordering I wanted to upgrade my shipping to be able to arrive to me a little faster. I emailed the company and they responded so fast to my inquiry (thanks Dana!). They were able to help me upgrade my shipping and it was shipped out the same day and it arrived only 2 days later! I got the dress and I am so impressed - the quality, style and fit are exceptional! I cannot wait to order from them again - So glad I found them!

This has been my favorite online boutique for many years. Not only do they have amazing clothes, but the customer service is over the top. They are so easy to reach with any questions and you get an immediate response.

I am a first time customer and I absolutely will be purchasing more items soon! I had issues with USPS delivering my package from Impressions, the USPS “lost” my package. I emailed Impressions to let them know what happened and they were so helpful and so kind! They ended up resending me the items I had initially ordered and reimbursed me for one item that was no longer in stock. I did not expect them to do that as it was not their fault that USPS “lost” my package. Definitely recommend everyone to check them out!!!

This company is amazing! Their clothing is very well made. They always have such unique & stylish items to choose from and really well priced. One of my favorite online boutiques to shop! I was looking for a dress to wear to my sister-in-law's wedding and found Impressions Online Boutique. I found the most cutest dress to wear to the wedding and I love clothes that no one else in my family or my circle of friends have. I ordered the dress and was shocked to receive it the same week because I usually don't receive my packages that quickly. I was very excited to get the dress, however, when I got it there was a zipper issue. I reached out to Elena and explained to her that I wanted to wear this dress and the wedding is this weekend. Elena was AMAZING! She very quickly got a replacement dress in the mail even before I had a chance to send the original dress back. I cannot thank Elena enough. You are FABULOUS! Impression's Boutique has the cutest clothing. Everything I have gotten has been great quality and I have loved. I buy from them regularly now and they always have new clothing and styles coming in.
