Knightfire Barbeque

Went for lunch today and this place was packed. The staff was friendly and the food was fresh and delicious. I ordered the BBQ nachos and it had the perfect amount of toppings. Can't wait to try something else.

It is very obvious that when you walk through the door and the smell of BBQ hits you, this place is a hidden gem. There is something for everyone on the menu. I tried four different menu items two pictured here. Absolutely amazed by the atmosphere and how friendly everyone was. I used a picnic table to eat at. I really recommend doing that you truly allow for the full experience. A must stop for BBQ one of the best in the state of Arkansas. Thanks for your passion Knrightfire BBQ!

Great little hole in the wall bbq joint. The service is great, and fast. Employees are very pleasant. And the food is GREAT. Can’t go wrong with the bbq pork nachos. Prices are very reasonable as well.

Best BBQ in the state of Arkansas hands down! Very comparable to Texas style BBQ. The brisket is a must and is definitely the all star of the menu, but everything is exceptional! I guess the owner/pit master is a pretty cool dude too! 😂

My family ordered a bunch of stuff for my 30th birthday.. 3 meat plate, Mac & cheese, brisket burnt ends, street corn, beans, potato salad.. it was phenomenal. The owner even threw in some yummy sausage for free!! The baby back ribs, brisket, pulled pork.. it was delicious. I loved the Mac & cheese, brisket burnt ends and ribs the best. Really made my birthday fabulous. Thank you, to Knight Fire.. the best bbq in town!!

People that know me know that I cook a lot of smoked meat. Searcy is so fortunate to have knightfire bbq. Pork Candy is over the top. I have eaten there 4 times in 8 days. I ate something different every day and it is hard to pick the best.
Had the brisket burnt ends today and they actually melt in your mouth. I don’t know how they pull that off. I tip my hat to these guys. The sausage links are incredibly huge and delicious. I had the ribs yesterday and they are competition good. I can’t wait to try other options that all look so great.

Food was great and so was service! Seating is outdoor only, but the weather was nice and the birds were singing. The brisket was amazing and not dry at all.

We found another one. This is among the best in the Natural State. A blazing sun among bbq restaurants that beats out the other one's that are using flashlights with the batteries going dead. The brisket was smoked perfectly with a good flavor and was very tender. The turkey was also delicious with a good smoky flavor. The Mexican street corn was some of the best I've ever had, with just a small bit of heat to it. The coleslaw was fresh, like it was just made. Don't miss out on this joint if your looking for good bbq.

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while and finally got the opportunity.
It was definitely worth the wait. The best BBQ in town - hands down! Will be eating there again.

I can’t recommend this place enough. I end up eating here about once a week. I’m selective about barbecue and this place has never disappointed. I’ve tried almost everything on the menu at least once. The variations of the house-made sausages are always great. The brisket burger is unique and always top notch. I’ve been eating here since he had his food truck and the place just keeps getting better. He’s been recognized by food critics as having some of the best barbecue in the state for good reason: he does.

The pulled pork is delicious and the brisket also but there was so much fat on the brisket there was barely any meat. Aside from that the food is delicious.

This place doesn't miss. Ever. If you're anywhere in driving distance from Knightfire you have got to come here. Simple, elegant, and incredibly satisfying. Standing room only. They're still stretching their legs from their start in the food truck business so expect limited quantities on some things and the full sides menu is coming along. Pair your meal with a frosty can of Diamond Bear Rootbeer too.

Best BBQ I’ve ever eaten in Arkansas! Highly recommend the Godfather, it’s out of this world.

The most delicious BBQ I've ever had. The BLT sandwich is one of my favorites. It has thick slices of smoked bacon that is phenomenal. The pork candy is mouth drooling. It's my most favorite item. I have never eaten anything that wasn't good from there. He has a variety of items to choose from. You can not go wrong eating here.

I apologize to all my brisket & smoked turkey cooking rockstar buddies, but I may have just eaten the best brisket & smoked turkey breast in 56 years....in Searcy, AR! I ordered it by the pound which included sauce..though it doesn't need it. INCREDIBLE!! Can't wait to try their other meats in the future!! PS. Be sure to try their "experimental" Carolina mustard sauce too!

The staff is amazing, and the food is to die for. The meats are always perfect. The sauce is excellent (not too sweet which is rare around here),
and I absolutely love the potato salad. 10/10 would highly recommend.
