Lowe's Home Improvement

I really like this store. They had what I needed and with a little help was able to find it. Seems to be plenty of help milling about so no problem finding anyone. Store is neat and well laid out, don't think you can do better than this Lowes for your needs.

I love Lowes in general but this one has always been exceptionally well kept and clean. Finding someone to assist you is easy and they are knowledgeable. Lowes is very good at carrying harder to find items. I do a lot of children's furniture repair and it isn't always easy to find replacement parts but Lowes always seems to have what I need.

Is this where other contractors do their Christmas shopping…

I went last week to get a item I ordered the item and got on the next day delivered to me on the next day Sydney ordered the product great customer service and professional great customer service on the delivery of the product Go see them for a washer. Dryer electric stove etc.

Valek at the front end kindly helped me make a return today. I was in and out in under 3 minutes. So thankful for this efficient and kind worker

They usually have what is needed. My nephew was fixing an outdoor water line for me. He called and asked them to hold some items for me. I just had to go to customer service, check they were the right items and pay for the. Easy as that. My waterline is repaired.

It's a nice store. The people are friendly and helpful. I always spend way too much money

Once again we had an appliance go out on us. The staff was great at helping us get a replacement and set up installation.

Super friendly employees. Went out of their way to get firewood for me from the top shelf with a forklift. At no point did they make me feel like I was asking too much or the task was too difficult. Top tier customer service.

Just bought a washer and dryer on Sunday had it delivered on Tuesday even got credit back on parts I bought but didn't need

Great employees. The gentleman at paints department was awesome helping me find lacquer paint. Totally courteous and professional! The checkout lady is awesome! So sweet! Always verified each item. Precious lady!

Wood prices bro, yea your improving Lowe's house alright, and his check book too. So double check the prices and shop around. Then come back. Staff is indeed very helpful and go the extra mile for you. Custoner service, better than my wife's! And shes Asian!!!

Buying a new refridgerater can be trying..but a big thank you to Peter... the manager today. He was so nice to me when I had a change of heart after the salesman wrapped one up for me and I decided on a different one. He made sure that I had a good buying experience. Customer service at its best.

Great experience! Shelley was very knowledgeable and helped my husband and I pick out some new appliances for our house. Matt and Wes were also very helpful today and we appreciate Wes' professionalism and help picking out the right warrantees and such!

I am shocked how much better organized the lumber and overall store is at this location than the south Fayetteville site. It's more of a pain to get in and out of, but seems to always be worth the trip. Maybe some cross site employee training would pay off.
