If I could’ve given this place 0 stars I would’ve. I found a car on Facebook Market and came to check it out. I ended up test driving and purchasing this car. Everything was fine until a few days later it started to make strange noises. I know nothing about cars and this was the first car I ever purchased. I took it to a mechanic and I was informed it had multiple issues which ended up paying almost $800 within the first week of having the car. I call back ARA to ask about getting it fixed and they tell me I bought it as is and they do not have a mechanic so they cannot help me. A few months later (last weekend), I’m driving on the interstate and my car goes in limp mode and the check engine light came on. I take it to a mechanic and I was informed that it will need a whole new transmission and that he recommends getting a whole new car because of all the issues this one has. Also needed a new CV boot. The mechanic told me this did not just happen since i’ve had the car. I am a 22 year old female and feel as if my lack of knowledge and willingness to buy a car was completely taken advantage of. Do not get your car from ARA.

I recently bought a car here, a 2012 Chevy Cruze with less than a hundred thousand miles on it. I test drive and noticed a light on, a salesman told me it was a map sensor light and it would be about thirteen dollars to replace. He told me the car had zero mechanical issues otherwise. Two days after purchase a service tract control light came on. I took the car to a mechanic who has now informed me that the car needs an entire upper engine rebuild to total in almost four thousand dollars in repairs. I contacted the people at the dealership and left a message after several long stints on hold begging them to help with these repair costs because I have a family to take care of and can’t pay a car payment and a 4000$ repair bill while trying to Uber to work. They never even returned my call. The worst people and dealership I could imagine.

If I could give this place a negative I would. They are dishonest ! Will rip you off in a heart beat, lying & smiling the whole time!! Do NOT purchase from them, they sell junk cars and pass them off as reliable!
