I am in town from Texas and found myself in a pickle when my car wouldn’t start. I needed to replace my car battery and called Advance Auto Parts and spoke to Keit, who was out of this world helpful in getting me fit in to install a new battery on a New Year’s Eve when he had a full schedule and working short staffed. I am so thankful for the help and amazing customer service. Thank you, Keith!

Keith went above and beyond to provide the best service I've gotten in years. He helped me figure out an online order, stayed late on a Saturday, and even gave my son and my dog some water because we had to walk to there store on really hot day to get the parts. Plus, goods prices. Highly recommended.

Dropped a battery off, didn't get a call back but I called. Said it was bad. Came back in, showed receipt of it being only 11 months old and swapped it. Easy peasy.

Sorry I don't remember his name. I came in at closing time and he helped me with my check engine light. Turned out to be the transmission x3. Yikes! I was 8 hours from home! He was helpful and calm as my anxiety level was rising. Thanks so much.
