Stephen took great care of my nails & comfort during my dip nail change. Very knowledgeable and cared about the health of my nails. Minimal dremeling and such a lovely atmosphere to sit in.

The customer service here is outstanding. I went in on a day that their baby was sick and they had to take him to the urgent care on one of their busiest work days of the week (a Friday) and they still managed to take care of me in a timely manner and did an amazing job on the flower design on my nails. They are very specific about the job they do and want to make sure the customer is satisfied. I also Loved that they showed me the nail polish color on my nails and made sure I liked it before just applying it to all my nails. Amongst their setbacks and hectic morning they still put the customer first. So impressed and I will be going back and recommending this place.

The staff here is so nice! Always feel welcomed and they do an excellent job! We took my dad to get his feet done and this man hadn't touched his feet in over a year, so you can imagine. The tech was so gentle and kind with him, it made the experience so much better than what I was afraid of.

I wanted to do something out of my normal and they made me feel comfortable with doing it.

They didn't rush me and really took their time making my nails perfect. They also took a personal interest in my baby who is due this month. So friendly and a clean environment. Will definitely be coming back.

I relocated from Central Arkansas and had been to the same salon for 12 years and loved my nail tech. After moving to NWA after several bad experiences and chipped nails I found Glass nails and have never been anywhere else. I love them, they recognize me, and their nails (especially dipped nails) are the strongest I’ve ever had and have never gone back for a repair and last 3+ weeks. They also have an incredible color selection. I’ve found my next forever salon.

Moved to NWA after having same nail salon and technician for over 12 years back home. I had several failed Fayetteville attempts at new salons and many return visits for chips. I finally found Glass nails and I never plan on leaving. They take great care of me and the dipped nails are some of the strongest I’ve ever had and never have been back before 3+ weeks when they grew out. Im thankful to have a new nail home who knows me when I walk in. They really care about the customer

I had a really bad acrylics done at a different salon and Glass Nails fixed and filled my nails and now they look amazing! Great place! I'll be coming back.

Kenny did a fantastic job... I think he was a little surprised at the amount of colors I needed 😂 but I'll be back for less extensive nails soon. The price was great too, especially considering how long it took 👍 thanks Kenny!

I love Glass Nails. I always feel so welcome and comfortable here and they take the time to get to know you. They also do beautiful nails and this is the only place I will go to wax my brows. She’s the only person I’ve ever found to not mess them up!

I love that Glass is sanitary, clean, and hygienic. That’s super important to me. My nails always look great and stay on. Their pedicures are relaxing, and they are respectful of my super sensitive feet. I also love the friendly, family vibe. The owners are kind and welcoming. I never go anywhere else but Glass.

Bad reviews must be from a dirty competitor. We drive hours every month to get our pedicures here. These are the most loving, hardworking people I've ever met. No matter who you get, you're going to get great service. Not to mention, the prices are so low. We absolutely love this shop and hope they have continued success, because it is so well deserved. ❤

Super friendly here. They always remember me by name which is super nice. My nails always come out amazing no matter which tech is available. They’re not usually very busy, but definitely worth waiting for if they can’t see you right away.

I had an awesome experience here. Kenny did a great job on my nails. I wanted specific ombre design and he did a great job duplicating my request. My nails look beautiful!

First time visitor to Fayetteville, and I searched online for a nearby nail salon. Glass Nails was pretty close, and I was able to come in without an appointment. Terra and Stephen were super friendly and made sure I received exactly the mani/pedi I needed. I’ll be sure to come back here whenever I’m in the area again! :)
