He was very helpful from start to finish, from details over the phone to working with my credit union in Ohio, and helping me take my rental car back after the sale. I have bought trucks and luxury vehicles like my badass Hummer along with ATVs even a boat from Scott and have never regretted a penny spent. This guy is a real deal and does not jerk you around with a bunch of blah blah blah. His inventory changes weekly and he's no stranger two badass off-road vehicles at righteous pricing. Found a vehicle listed on Facebook marketplace; messaged and was in communication all day and went to the dealership that evening. Arrived and had my trade appraised and test drove the vehicle. The vehicle had a check engine light on but the dealership was able to provide me with a report from the mechanic where they had replaced the code it was throwing but just didn’t clear it. Process was smooth and staff were professional until it came to the title. I purchased the vehicle on January 10th and did not receive the title until February 29th. After repeated calls and messages to the dealership I was told it was lost in boxes because the dealership who sent it to auction moved; etc. I was told I’d be given a call for an update when they had one. I had to message or call each week to get an update-they did not follow through with what they said. The dealership then sent a new bill of sale with the title to be signed with the date of purchase stating the 28th of February. Again, overall pleasant sales woman, professionalism of manager and dealership paperwork is lacking. It would have been a different story had they remained very open with their communication and such, but they did not. Love my vehicle and have not had any issues but will not be purchasing or referring friends to this dealership again.

My daughter trade in a car for a truck kept going to him for 4 months trying to get the title on truck then motor on truck blew up almost a year she been paying on a truck with blown motor and no title from him I have went in and talked to him on title and he says he will get it still nothing won't answer phone he will take advantage of my disabled daughter don't trust him.
