Not only has Collier been around for a century, but they keep up with the times by offering free delivery via electric cars. Cannot say enough positive things about them!

Update to the below review: Carl went above and beyond to help me after a super frustrating and stressful day yesterday and found me my medication. He called me first thing this morning to say he had it and made it right! Thank you Carl!!!

Original review: I have loved using Colliers for years, but today's experience ruined it for me. With the the medication shortage I've had to spend hours on the phone calling around to pharmacies trying to find the medication I need because several were out of it and didn't know when they would get more. I called Colliers at 9:30a this morning and they said they had enough for 1 more prescription. They said it was first come, first serve so I needed to come quick. I told them that I did not have my 'paper' prescription but I would call my doctor right then and have them sent it electronically asap. The man on the phone said 'I'll put your name on this bottle'. I called Colliers back at noon and my doctor still had not sent the prescription but they said they still had my name on the bottle so I assured them it was coming and I would call my doctor again. Once my doctor finally sent the prescription at 2:15p Colliers had sold the medication. Now I'm back to square one and going on day 3 without my medication! They never told me they would have to give it up at a certain time. And I did everything I could to contact my doctor by phone and email multiple times today.

Absolutely just the best place they sat with me explained everything showed me how to use everything just great and 😱 OMG they have a little shop inside and it's Amazing all sorts of chochkys and smelly goods and craft items I could spend hours just walking around looking at everything ❤❤‼

Quite frankly, one of the most helpful, efficient and friendly first time experiences I have had in 35 plus years. Due to significant health issues dating back to my high school years and an equally long career as an Intensive Care Nurse I have deep experience with proper medical and pharmaceutical procedures and patient care. I experienced the highest levels of both at Collier Pharmacy. After forgetting an important blood pressure medication and facing an immediate halt to a long awaited out of state vacation, the Collier Pharmacy staff stepped up and delivered. Within 30 minutes my prescription issue was resolved and we were happily on our way and able to enjoy our stay in Arkansas. Thank you, Mr. Collier, thank you Brittany, indeed thanks to everyone. You truly represent your profession well.

The people who work here are continuously kind and hard working. I have had issues with insurance many times and the pharmacists always do as much as they can to get things straightened out. I appreciate the extra effort that Colliers puts in to make sure that their customers are getting their medication at a reasonable price and on time. Seriously, such a great pharmacy!

My Covid shot experience at Colliers was excellent. After I had signed up a couple of weeks earlier I was notified when vaccine was available and was given a time to choose from. After I arrived, I hardly had a waiting time to get signed in or to get the shot..Today I got my second one with no waiting time....
It has been a relaxed atmosphere with everyone being very friendly and helpful both times....

They put people above profits, hands down. They gave a COVID vaccine past their specified hours. All of the other pharmacies in town refused as it wouldn't have been profitable to open a vial of of the vaccine late in the evening, given that the vial would have been expired the next morning.

Amazing place, and I am very thankful for their service.

The staff is courteous and very professional. My wife takes alot of medication and sometimes we run into difficult situations. They are extremely helpful and they are the best pharmacy around. If it wasn't for my insurance policy I would use them. I'm not good with names but to name a few, Libby and Amanda are great.

I have used Colliers' since 1992, and I feel like I am "family". My Rx's are taken care of promptly and delivered to my home. I don't know what I would do without them! They are always professional and eager to answer any concerns I may have about my prescriptions.

Collier drug is the best neighborhood drug store and sporting goods supplier. The staff is very friendly and reasonable. I bought a kneel brace, used it once, finding it too large. I did not bring it back until 20 days later. The staff examined the brace, finding the condition is excellent, authorized the return.

This is just one example to illustrate how staff members in the Collier drug at Fayetteville AR are willing to work with you to be reasonable.

When you are a nervous parent of a freshman college student that is ill, this pharmacy is a Godsend. My son needed medication delivered to his dorm and it was beyond their normal delivery time. To make matters worse, they did not even have the script in their hands. Yet, they took the time to call the doctor, confirm the prescription and then delivered the medication to my son. I cannot say enough about how much this meant to me and to my son. Thank you Collier Drug. You have a customer for life.
