I have been struggling with communication between repair shops and the claims department. I called Brittany unsure if she could help but immediately after hearing my concerns she offered to call claims directly and get some answers I have been asking for. She really put my mind at ease. State Farm is a big company but it's really nice to have someone local for support!

I love my hometown State Farm insurance. I got a quote when I moved to Idaho from an agency based here and my hometown State Farm (Nate Conklin) auto insurance beat it by almost half for twice as much coverage! I would recommend it to anyone. Breanna Hayes is awesome! She may not have got me my insurance but I’d still recommend her to anyone!

I have never had any problems with this agency. They are always very friendly, and willing to answer my questions. When I talked to them about life insurance to see if my current policy (through another company) was sufficient, they were honest in telling me that what I had was a great deal, and didn't try to pressure me to switch. We have 3 car policies and homeowner's insurance through State Farm, and do not ever plan to switch.

Very good people, easy to work with. They are my insurance agent and I'm very happy. I think they have given me the best rates and I also find them very easy to talk with. Very helpful and they seem to want to help you/me! That's pretty terrific with an insurance company!

Been with Nate for a couple years now even before he was in La Grande. he actually has been the best insurance agent I have ever had. he has always had my back when there is a claim I liked having him as an agent so much that I decided to come work for him.
