Smile Center

Staff were all very knowledgeable and pleasant. Always checking to be sure I was ok. It was actually a painless molar extraction. Instructions for after care were clear. Also I was given written instructions. They ask me if I had any questions and then answered them. I highly recommend the Smile Center. They also are making me a new partial. I’ll probably let you know how it turns out.

Dr Hankins and his team are phenomenal! I have been a patient there over 30 years. I have always had a positive outcome as far as my treatment plan, and feel totally confident in their ability to repair any damage. The staff including the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist are professional and well versed in their field. I feel like NW Arkansas is blessed to have the Smile Center. This is the only dental facility i’ve ever been to and i highly recommend them if you are needing quality dental care.

I recently had a couple of issues with my teeth that required some rather urgent care. I really appreciate being seen for these in such a timely manner, especially when I was in so much pain. Thanks Dr. Hankins and staff for doing such an excellent job and setting my world right again!

Very professional staff and a great experience. I don't like going to the dentist but they make it easy and pleasant.

I’ve been coming to see Dr Hankins and Sherry- hygienist- for about five years now. It’s always a great experience. Sherry is really nice and cares about my daily oral care and Dr Hankins takes any type on concern serious. Overall you can get most dental needs attended to here -regular cleanings/ periodontal maintenance / root canal / wisdom teeth extraction/ dentures / Invisalign - If you are looking for a new dentist THE SMILE CENTER is the way to go!

The Smile Center is a very friendly, relaxed, caring environment. Sherry does a great job cleaning and love Dr. Hankins! They genuinely care about your well-being and always address any concerns I have. Dr. Hankins has done two crowns for me and fitted me for Invisalign. Everything is working great and I wear my Invisalign every night as retainers. I highly recommend the Smile Center for your dental care needs!

The front staff are always polite and willing to answer all your questions with a smile.

Dr. Hankins is professional, caring, and extremely educated who strives to give the best care possible. He really does care about his patients.

The anesthesia nurse, Brandi, is beyond amazing. She took the time to answer all of my questions and always showed empathy. I can say that I 100% don't remember anything from my procedure... which is how I prefer my procedures be.

I wish I could remember the hygienists name because she was also fantastic!

I HIGHLY recommend the Smile Center, especially if you have an irrational fear of the dentist like myself.

I went to another dentist and wasn’t feeling like I was welcomed as a new patient and I didn’t feel like I could trust their recommendations. I searched & found the Smile Center from their great reviews, so I made an appt & had my records transferred. I was not surprised to learn the previous dentists care plan was much different than what was the Smile Center recommended. I saw Dr Cooper and found him to be warm, welcoming & informative, caring to my concerns, the staff are happy, meet you with a smile, friendly and helpful. I feel very relieved to know I’ve found a great dentist!!!

Love this office. Had my teeth cleaned today by Onedie she is amazing very thorough and gentle. Also saw Dr. Nichols today he is very conservative and a very skilled dentist would trust him on anything!! All the dentist are great in this office so you can’t go wrong!

Dr. Hankins and the staff of the Smile Center are great. My entire family have been going to them for years. I couldn't be happier with the results of the procedure he performed on me to remove some excess gum tissue. They saved me a bunch of time, money, and pain getting this taken care of same day, so I didn't have to visit a specialist. Thank you, Smile Center!

The Smile Center took care of me from the moment I walked in until I walked out. It was my first time going to the dentist in a while. Needed a tooth extraction done & it was honestly the best experience I’ve had. The staff provided me excellent service. Dr. Corey was amazing and suggested the best plan for my teeth. I will be coming back for more work soon. 10/10 highly recommend.

Since it’s National Dentist Day, I thought I’d give my two cents. As a GenX hated the dentist as a kid patient, I can tell you there is no better dentist than Dr. Hankins! I’m constantly impressed by his knowledge, kindness, and compassion. The staff is also amazing and beyond kind.

Everyone was real nice and made me feel comfortable, especially since I've never had a tooth pulled before. Corey Nichols was straight forward and patient with me since I had a little anxiety about my tooth getting pulled. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. I'll definitely be back.
