Very little wait unlike the other store in our area. Emily worked with us to find the best deal on our phones as well as modify our current plan to save us money. Emily was very delightful and we enjoyed our visit. Definitely going back to this store in the future.

This afternoon my phone screen shattered and I desperately needed a phone before our move to Washington. I went to the Race Street store- they told me I wasn’t on the account and it would take 24 hours before I could be and told me to come back tomorrow or the next day. I knew that wasn’t true because a month earlier I went in to look at a new phone. That time they suggested I wait till the newest phone came out and come back then. So I did at this time because my phone was shattered. After being told to come back later I went to Beebe Capps store 30 minutes before they closed (had to wait over 30 minutes to be seen at Race) to see what I could do about the glass falling out when I held it. The two guys in the store were more than helpful! They showed me all of the phones and helped me pick out the one I now have (I love it). I did not have to wait to be seen or asked to come back later. It was amazing! The guys are hilarious and makes the visit more than making a sale! If we ever need anything while we are at Fort Lewis we will be giving Beebe Capps a call first!!

My husband and I have been loyal customers since 1982, and have been so frustrated with trying to deal with this company that we have been thinking about other options. Today was the first and ONLY time I have been please with the customer service of any AT&T employee, whether it be in person or on the phone. I will drive the hour and half it takes to get to this store each and every time I need help, information or to make a purchase! Blake was absolutely amazing, and the other employees were helpful and kind. Thanks Blake!! We will remain customers because of your efforts!! AT&T is fortunate to have you. So are your customers!

The attendant (Zachary) was super nice and helpful. We walked in at around 5:40 and the store was supposed to close at 6:00. He stayed with us until the process was complete, which was past 7:15.

The store on beebe capps road in searcy ark is awesome! They help you faster and so much better than the people in the store on race street in searcy. The employees on beebe capps are super friendly compared to the nonfriendly acting like you are waisting thier time employees on race st. The wait time was nothing at all on beebe capps as to where ive have waited HOURS at a time on race street only to be extremely disapointed. 👍to beebe capps employees our visits will be there from now on, thank you so much

Outstanding service from Matthew and his manager, Kelly Perez, who added a note to my file. This may or may not prevent a late charge on my next billing.
However my issue is one of AT&T policy. When I received my billing on March 1, 2021 that was due on February 27, 2021, I called 611. The automated system told me:
1) My account was subject to a late fee.
2) My security code was not recognized and I was told to get a new one.
3) After asking to talk to a Rep. I was told it would cost me $5.00 to do so. This is a bad policy and simply wrong!
4) Although the billing issue date was 2-6-21, the envelope had no postmark to confirm when the billing was sent.
The local P.O. clerk said: The delay was due to bad weather and AT&T uses bulk mailings that are not always postmarked.
When I call 611, I expect to be able to talk with a Rep. and not a machine. And I do not want to be charged a late fee for a weather related delay.

Staff is great and knowledgeable and this location beats the heck out of the one across from Walmart - line isn't as long and the staff actually treats you like they're happy to help you no matter what you need whereas the other store treats you like you're a nuisance if you aren't buying DirecTV and a new iPhone. I absolutely love my experience every time I'm there!

Matthew did an outstanding job

Got me a new Samsung phone
Transfered all personal stuff
And installed my new case.

He took ALL the stress out of getting a NEW PHONE.

I GET 3 BARS OF 5G out in the sticks of Judsonia in a metal house!!!
