Homer's Hardware - Searcy

Customer service is top notch. Every time I walk into the store I’m instantly greeted and asked if I need help. I don’t mind paying few extra bucks for great customer service.

Wonderful place.. they have absolutely everything you could want. Staff is friendly, helpful and Courteous. Make it your stop too!

I needed a special fertilizer. 1 employee ask a 2nd employee to assist, after we looked the shelves over and found none. The young man went the extra mile to locate the fertilizer that I needed and his location was temporarily out of. He called another location and verified the store had the fertilizer. He set up for me to pickup the fertilizer at another Ace Hardware store. I was very impressed and I will return to do more business with Homer's Ace Hardware.

The employees here are always ready to help. Workers don't just walk by they will stop and ask if you need any help. Fresh popcorn is popped on Saturdays and employees will offer you a bag. You can also grab your own. Ace always is running a sale of some sort. This location has Razorback items from decorations to shirts. I can't say enough good things about this location. Please support this business because you won't be disappointed. It's a great place to buy gifts for others or something for yourself. Prices are competitive.

People that work there are helpful and nice. Needed keys made and they got that done quickly and both keys worked great.

I live very near Homer's Ace Hardware and frequently go to their store as I know when I walk in the door, there will be someone to answer the questions that I seem to always have. I'm new to home ownership and learning all the things I need to do... they have answered every question I have asked and have been very helpful. The big box store in town, sometimes I can get attention to get help and sometimes I feel like I'm the only one in the store ( no employees to assist ). I now know that if that big box store was next door to me, I would pass it by to go to Homer's.

Any time that I could get my items through them I will get them there as friendly with all the customers and very good at the same time they'll treat you as you are family
