Kim in the office was super helpful. She made our move so much easier getting us two units that would work for us. Would highly recommend this storage facility. Gate access worked perfectly for us coming and going outside of business hours.

O my, the customer service is amazing. I highly recommend this facility. They have a special going on with they're 10x15 units.

All my stars are for the customer service. I didn't find a U-Haul for my move but Gretchen went above and beyond to search out the surrounding areas for me without being asked. She is the only positive experience we've had with U-Haul with this move. Reservations are a joke but Gretchen is a blessing.

I gave Elkins mini storage a 5 star rating simply because of the young man that is always at the front desk. He always makes sure everything is taken care of, very friendly and always willing to help.

I was unsure what size unit I needed. After talking to David I went up there and him and Gretchen (I believe is her name) took me to see the size difference to ensure I was getting what I needed. While fill out the paper work and getting every question I asked answered I left there happier than I walk in there. Super awesome and amazing staff. Thank you so very much!!
