I cannot say enough great things about this dental clinic. Dr. Parham takes the time to explain procedures & why it’s needed etc. The office staff is friendly & I also appreciate being informed exactly how much a procedure will cost, how much my insurance will pay, etc.
My hygienist is Bethany & is possibly one of the sweetest people I have ever met. She does an awesome job, puts you at ease, & loves what she does- you can tell! She takes pride in her work & checks to make sure you’re comfortable. Love her & this clinic!

Had my first visit with Dr. Parham's office and I've found my new dental home! The staff is incredibly attentive and skilled, from the front desk all the way to the clinic. Cristee and Jennifer up front are such a fun duo and always leave me laughing! Bethany in the clinic is hands down the best hygienist I've ever seen. I always feel at ease and in the best care with her. Dr. Parham was extremely kind, professional, and was able to execute my check up swiftly. Already booked my next 6 month cleaning!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I received my first cleaning over a month ago and my teeth still feel so clean! The entire staff is so kind and makes you feel right at home. Masha is incredible and explained the financials with such knowledge and expertise. I received my cleaning from Heidi and 10/10 would recommend her to anyone and everyone! Dr. Parham was so generous with his time, answering any questions I had. I felt very taken care of and I am excited to continue to use them in the future!

My last visit was for my regular teeth cleaning. Ramona has been my hygienist for years and is absolutely the best. She is thorough and compassionate. She knows I am the biggest dental work chicken and puts me at ease as she works.The office staff is very professional and has been very helpful on the phone with questions about my account and insurance issues. Dr. Parham was very professional and helped me feel at ease as he talked to me about future dental work.

Everyone at This clinic is awesome. I've been going to this clinic for 40 years. Everyone is always looking out for my best interest. They follow-up and make sure you're okay. If you have an emergency, they will work you in and get you taken care of. Everyone is just SO nice!!!

I'm at least 8 years behind in this department due to a conflict of interest maybe in my last dentist, but glad to have had this bunch recommended to me by a coworker! Totally awesome group of people here to take care of you! They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable with them before, during and after every appointment!!!

You receive excellent care. Ramona is an excellent hygienist.I love how she explains things she treats you like family. DR.J Parham is out of this world his very compassionate and takes his time and explain things and listen to you. I was patient of Doctor Hanby when I was Child. I am now in my 50’s Doctor Hanby made excellent choice with Doctor J. Parham.

Love every time I go to Hanby & Parham Dentistry! Altra has been taking care of my cleanings since I started going to the dentist and she is always awesome! Dr. Parham is always so pleasant and really cares of about providing the best care for his patients! Best dentist office ever! :)

Great Service. They really care about their customers. I had to go to my 6 month appt with my 7 month old son because of scheduling conflicts within the family and they were more than accommodating. They even had one of the extra employees entertain him while I was getting my teeth cleaned. I was really impressed by their dedication to their practice.

I have been going to Dr. Hanby for 25/26 years and have always appreciated the care and courtesy I've received there. I have had cleaning by Ramona and Altra, fillings, caps, root canal, and extractions--all of which have helped me keep my teeth in good shape. Dr. Hanby has even taken care of me on the weekend in an emergency. I hate that he is leaving, but look forward to the same attention in the future.

These folks are awesome. Concerned about my teeth but also my well being! Cancer checkups, wear sunscreen etc! Mona, my dental hygienist is the bomb! She has taken care of me for years and I wouldn’t want anyone else. Love this place!

We love everybody there. I was late and they still got me in even the Hugh it was my fault for being late. Romana you are always so kind and understanding and sympathetic we love you. Everybody is so helpful. From when you first come in and get greeted at the front desk till the time you check out. The first encounter with a business when you enter will make or break it but the young lady and gentleman at the desk are very helpful and kind. Thank you all for everything. Dr Parham you also are very kind and sincere gentle man. Thank you all.

I had a great experience at Hanby and Parham Dentistry! The staff is very friendly. I had my teeth cleaned by Altra and she did a great job! Dr. Parham is also very friendly and thorough in checking my teeth to make sure they were healthy.

They are not only knowledgeable but also friendly and accommodating, especially when I need appointments to fit MY time schedule and visits to NWA.
