Our poor pup developed a rash and we decided to go to this office because it was closer to us and had such good reviews. The positive reviews are well deserved! They were so incredibly sweet to not only us but our pup too - playing with her and making sure she got lots of love and attention. They took the time to explain what was going on thoroughly and gave us many options for treatment plans. This is definitely going to be our go-to vet!

The staff is amazing! They were so wonderful with our pups that were a little anxious and made us feel so comfortable in their office. They offered lots of advice and answered all of our questions.

Styxx was in pain and needed to be seen. With it being Christmas weekend I wasn't sure that they would be able to get him in. They were able to work him in and he is feeling much better. Margarita and Dr Wendall are the best!! The whole staff is awesome!

Honestly blown away by the customer service here. Margarita answered every question I had and fully explained things to me. She’s such a gem! They were extremely patient with my puppy and my crew. The front office staff was so nice. Highly recommend this place!

It was my first time with them! My pet is a puppy and after we picked her up she was so calm not crying, they got her clean her eyes, her nails cut she had a awesome smell! When the girl pick her up i could see that they’re passionate and professional! I love it !!

Dr. McLaughlin is an AMAZING veterinarian! I live in Little Rock but was visiting friends and she saved my dogs life when no one thought it could be done. She stayed in communication with me and set realistic expectations. I was so impressed with her that when I had a dog come into the rescue I help with that was going to be fostered in NWA, I sought her out. I was just as pleased this time! Working in rescue, I work with multiple vet offices and this was hands down one of the easiest offices to work with. They were nothing short of amazing! Cheyenne called me back multiple times, answered all my questions, gave me quotes, and were so patient with me! I would highly recommend !

They're one of the best here. Always good about getting my pups in even last second. They genuinely care about you and your pet and well do that is necessary to help you. They also have a rewards program where you can get treats for your vet visits. Prices aren't too bad but it's hard to judge that when you've only had puppy expenses.

The staff here is amazing. They took excellent care of my cat, who was in for neutering and his first rabies shot. He had a bad reaction to the anesthesia, so they took him home and watched him overnight at no charge. He's happy and healthy, and I'm glad to have found him a good vet in the first try.

Also, Blitz the greeter dog is really friendly and so well behaved.

This veterinary clinic is really good. The staff are friendly and take very good care of my cat. They were gentle and treated him very sweetly! The doctor there. Dr. McLaughlin was great at her job and found out an underlying condition that my cat had that I didn't know of. I would trust this clinic completely with your pets if I were you.

Truly concerned for pet health and very empathic and friendly. Have been patient of clinic since Dr Wendell has had the practice. Staff always do follow-ups by phone and text. Very responsive to needs. These people really know what they are doing!!!!

Very friendly and helpful. You can tell everyone there genuinely cares about your fur babies. One of my dogs had an allergic reaction to her vaccines, I called the office panicking and not knowing what to do. They told me to bring her right in and they would help. I brought her in and they took care of her immediately! And they didn’t charge me for any emergency services. I trust them and highly recommend them.

I always have a good experience when I bring my babies to see you guys.
I can call to request a refill on Lola’s or Mackie’s meds, and you fill it, then charge it to my card. All I have to do is show up and you guys deliver to my car.
Lola loves you guys, and so do I.

Very nice people, worked us in same day. My little 4 legged boy came through is mini surgery without issues. Now we're going to take all of our pets to this veterinarian can't thank them enough.

Dr. Wendell is very caring and thorough. My 20 year old cat doesn't allow many people to handle her, but she warmed up to Dr. Wendell instantly. The vet techs are also very knowledgeable and thorough. Such a friendly atmosphere!!

When I had to have a dog put down in an emergency. I was made to wait extra time in the lobby because I left them a bad review last time I came here. Then during this traumatic event, they decided to give me flack about the review. Well, here are your 5 stars. They still price gouged me the last time, and I would not have left this review if they hadn't harassed me. So yes, next time I will go elsewhere. You will never see me, my animals, nor my money again.
