Candy Cane Park

Small and quiet park. There is swings, slides, and jungle gyms for the kids as well as a dirt digger thing. There is a small BBQ grill and benches.

Great little neighborhood park. There was a T-ball practice or game going on while we visited. There was a large grassy field and a playground besides the small baseball diamond. Nice shade trees provided some respite from the sun. There was a picnic table as well. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful public space. Thanks The Dalles City for an enjoyable time.

Clean park. Smaller playground toy but the kids loved it. Along with the play ground part being fenced off from the rest so makes it a little harder for kids to run into the huge field. Also has a softball diamond and basketball court. Used to have a port-a-john, but doesn't now so no restrooms. Grass is kept nice as well.

First place I ever visited in Eastern Oregon and still love it today. Just let the dogs run through the field as I walk around. We all love it! It has a little grill built in with water and a long picnic table. Not to mention three other benches for people to sit around the play area AND an outhouse. Great for everyone.

Well maintained park with lots of open green space for kids and/or dogs to run. There is a baseball backstop, but bring your own bases.

Love this park. I lived across the street for years and years. Still cute and open grass with lots of space. Go ask to play some frisbee golf! Best of times :)

A small playground. Two baby swings. Three slides. Candy cane stripes on the legs of the swings. Large grassy area, plenty of street parking. Right down the street from the University.

Now that I moved from 12th Street to Russell avenue I won't be seeing Candy Cane Park much just stopped in for a minute cuz my little dog Lucy just loves it there it's a great place to go with kids or your pet

Always a fun place to go. Sunny spots and shady spots. Been coming here as a kid and I love watching how they have updated the play structure.
