This has been the best experience with a psychologist and psychiatrist experience ever!
A lot has changed in the clinic. The receptionist are excellent and respectful. The financial professional is the best.

The main thing that wraps it up is there are finally full time steady doctors to work with you.

I recommend this to be your first stop before Springwoods.
They really care about you.

We've used OGC TDT for a year and a half with our foster son. The improvements he has made are amazing and the staff is always very friendly and attentive to our needs. There were countless times that his therapist worked in an emergency session to see us, and the classroom staff has always been excellent at communicating with us when issues arise at school.

Ozark Guidance does such great work in our community and in our schools. Mental Health is so important and Ozark Guidance is there for so many who need their services. The staff and doctors are wonderful. And the environment is professional and nurturing. Thank you OG!

Great staff

When I first began working here, I was always telling my friends how fortunate I was and how I loved my job. Over the years and with the hiring of one particular CEO, who seemed not to care about anyone except himself, the place seemed to fall apart. So many little things that made us feel good about ourselves as employees seem to be taken away The therapists began to say "I wish I could just do therapy instead of having to do more and more paperwork." I understand the current CEO is trying to make things better. I would like to see the place return to the way it was when I was hired and when David Williams was CEO.

The person who helped me make my appointment, Sasha, was understanding and sympathetic so my experience with ozark guidance of springdale has started out on the right foot.

Excellent staff. I have found them to be the most patient and competent professionals to help solve all of our issues. Thank you so much.

dont know whats worse, the lazy staff or the trash patients. its mostly a bunch of whiney babies who dont take responsibility for anything in life, entitled brats who want to cry and use some mental illness as an excuse for acting badly. and the staff is clearly over it. so its a bunch of grown up entitled brats being baby sat by people who dont want to be there. basically its a bunch of junkies and the "doctors" who enable them. if youre going here you either need to find somewhere that actually helps or youre just another one of their standard junkie clients blaming the world for your awful behavior.

I will cancel my appointment. After I spoke with my provider's nurse whom I was going to see next week. The sound of her voice and way she talked with me on the phone triggered me as I am a Schizophrenic and I have other mental health illness. I am looking for other place for adult outpatient service. Some people at this place are nice, but I don't like the way or her tone the nurse talked with me on the phone. These kinds of people who work at these mental health facilities should not talk this way to their patients..

The big lady in front window with nose rings in her nose and cheap eye makeup, was Very Rude. I wouldn’t send anyone there to get help. She the first person you see for mental help and she seems very unstable? God help that place!

Horrible!!!! SO RUDE! I am very polite and respectful. I, too, work with public so I know how it can be. Website has vague descriptions of services. If you email them about more info for a service they respond with "it's on the website" and nothing else. No personality, no explanation. Just wasting everyone's time. The website is painstakingly not descriptive, and leaves questions to be asked. I recommend going literally anywhere else for your health, court, or any other needs. Why do you they offer these services if they're going to be rude to you for using them?

Don’t have any doctors who see patients in person. Blindly prescribed medication to my son based on information they received from my sons school. Didn’t ask questions about symptoms, height/weight, or try to get to know my son at all. This may be an okay place for an adult to visit, but do not send your child to them for behavioral intervention or medication management! Look for someone who wants to help and who will truly evaluate your needs.

Good luck reaching them for medication refills. Have to leave a voicemail, when they do callback it is just excuses, and days have gone by without even a callback. Seems like a bigger problem then they are letting on. Just a Complete ghost town at this point. There's only one lady at the front I've ever met who felt genuinely nice. Like the judginess is palpable from these front end people you have to speak to.
