My printer stopped working after a power outage and Sam contacted me as soon as I called. He was able to get the printer up and running and was courteous and kind. And most importantly - he didn't make me feel like an idiot while he was working on things. Service was excellent!

We’ve been using GCM at our busy veterinary clinic for over two years now, and last night Sam saved us by responding to my plea for help at 9 pm when I realized our system was down. He talked me through fixing the issue and I really appreciate his willingness to help and his calm and cheerful demeanor while doing so late on a Friday night! Saturdays are one of our busiest days and we would have been in a bad way without our computers. Many thanks Sam!

For nearly two decades, GCM built custom PC workstations for me. Their workmanship is exceptional. They are courteous and honest. The original owner Gary was a tech guru. Since his retirement, GCM's chief technician Nathan is their new super techie. If you want the best PC repairs, go to GCM and forget Best Buy's Geek Squad.

Barton, Sam, really know their stuff. Sam worked me through a snarl with nary a hiccup. Good job GCM.

This is a great local small business with great employees that have been with them for many years. I had recurring problems with my WiFi network prior to having Sam Lemke come out and install a mesh wifi network (whatever that is!). It was a total turn key solution and has worked flawlessly. Sam is very knowledgeable but also effective at explaining technology to a novice. Very responsive and takes great pride in his work. I will use no one else but GCM Computers!

My HP 17.3 Laptop is starting to nickel and dime me, but Nate at GCM keeps recuperating the ole lady. Super glad of that as the transition downstairs to an Apple desktop has been testy at best.

The fans in my sons computer went out and with all the RGB nonsense that is in them nowadays nobody but a pro can make sense of it. NATE at GCM computers is amazing and is THE GUY you want working on your rig. He knows his stuff, does quality work. He doesn’t mess around he gets in there and fixes any situation and does it quickly and with the highest level of professionalism. The charges for his work were amazing and i expected to pay 5 times what he charged me but no, it was more than reasonable and if that wasn’t enough he threw in some free parts for me just because he was looking out for the customer! I am sold on NATE at GCM computers in Fayetteville, they are now my go to place for anything i need! First rate service!! GCM has helped me on several problems regarding various software programs. Each time, the service reps have accessed my computer remotely and were able to quickly fix the problems. The service charges were reasonable. The service reps were very friendly and extremely competent. I am extremely pleased with their service and will recommend them to anyone needing computer assistance.

I have been a customer for years at GCM. Recently had to take a Mac Mini down due to processing slow. I was called within a day to let me know my hard drive was failing. They replaced the hard drive and I received my computer back within 4 days. Thank you Gary for taking good care of me and a thank you to Barton for making it perfect once again. I didn't have to purchase a new computer. Saved me a lot of money. I highly recommend GCM.
