I’ve been taking my 2011 Honda Pilot here for a few years now, after the dealership told me the repairs would be too much money and it was time to buy a new car. A friend recommended HR Tire. I’ve dealt with a lot of mechanics in my life all over the country and these guys are as honest and as straightforward as they come. I have never once felt like I’m being ripped off or sold something I didn’t need. If they are not 100% sure about an issue, they say so. But they find out. I went in once with ann AC issue afraid that it would cost me a thousand dollars after some digging they said the problem was an easy fix and charged me nothing. I live in Springdale, and it’s a bit of a trek to get there (probably passing a hundred other mechanics on the way) but peace of mind is worth the drive. I won’t go anywhere else.

This must be the best mechanic shop in Fayetteville. This family run business has been so nice and helpful over the years. Very honest and trustworthy and I appreciate them so so much!

This is seriously the best place to take your vehicle in Fayetteville for anything you need. I come here every single time I need tires or when I blow one of my tires out they’re always so willing to fix it they’re always so generous and quick. Anything you need this is the place to go 100% if I could give them higher than five stars I would.

Great people and good prices. We still had a problem after getting our new tires put on. We called them, and they checked everything out for us and fixed it. We've been here a couple of times and will most likely continue going here in the future.

Went in a little before closing to get an oil change. They got the job done quickly! Oh yeah, it was 1 day before lots of people will be on the highway for Thanksgiving. I was grateful for the attentive service!

These guys are awesome. I came in without appointment and asked if they had time to do a brake check - they did that AND fit me in right then for switching out the brakes with new ones. I wish I had asked the guy his name, but he was SO SO POLITE and kind and genuinely intentional with me. I appreciated it a lot after having bad experiences at other car repair shops. Will definitely be coming back.

I am VERY picky when it comes to who I allow to work on my vehicles. Harold and Randy and their cree have never failed to deliver. If I have an issue I just can't fix myself, they are the first ones I call. I know they will always be honest, and straight forward. They tell you up front what your options are and the price....and the price is fair. Their tires are excellent as well. They have made a lifelong customer here.

I have been here numerous times and have come to expect fantastic service but even more importantly, reliable honesty. I recently went to a nearby tire specialist for a tire alignment (bough their 5 year deal) and when there I was told that I needed brakes replaced to the tune of $550. Wanting a second opinion that I could trust I went to HR and they told me that they could do the same for $250. Then when they brought my car into the shop they called me and said that none of it was even necessary. I went and got my car and was charged nothing for all their time. This is the place you want to go to be treated fairly.

Have kids in UA for last 8 years and these guys are my go to team. They have always been up front and treated my kids right. I know cars and fix most issues myself but, being in Dallas I can't fix when they are at school. Bottom line I know when someone is not exactly being honest when talking car repair. I trust these guys as they are always up front and sensitive to the cost of things and that certainly helps us out while they are at school. Thanks for the great job !!!

Staff here work hard to make sure you are happy and satisfied with your tires. I had a hard time finding the tires that I wanted on my F150 and these guys kept trying until I got a set that I was happy with. Very friendly, helpful, and they stand by their work.

These nice gentleman have been servicing my family's vehicle for over 25 years now. I trust them with tires, tune ups, alignments, anything. I trust they will always get me the most fair price and do great labor they will back their work with a warranty or guarantee. Highly recommend this great local family owned business. Support local!

I had two flat tires and they checked both of them without charging me and let me know what the problem was. Very nice gentleman and that worked with me he let me know it wasn't the tires but it was the rims

Took a tire there to get it repaired. The owner was super helpful, I told him I was on my lunch break and I could swing back by after work. They were super busy (full parking lot and bay full of cars), so he told me it'd take a while for them to look at it and figure if they could repair it or I needed a replacement.

He called me in about 2 hours and said they'd repaired it successfully. I went back after work and picked up my repaired tire and it's working perfectly. They charged me about half or less of what I was expecting. All of the staff was super polite and friendly. 10/10 will be using their services again!

Had a leak in one of my tires and they took care of me quickly with great service! Highly recommend.

Honest and genuine business owners. Prices are fair and service is great. They can get any tires you want usually within one day.
