This place is amazing! I was out of a car for months, and I looked and looked and Elite was the first place where the workers took the time to really talk to me about what I was looking for and what we could make happen. I found a car that I love and there was a few things I wanted changed and Ed, Mike and Alvin all made sure that I didn’t leave unhappy, they changed everything I wanted, we communicated back and forth and they made the financing process and the buying process the easiest it’s ever been. These are people you want to do business with, they don’t just say anything to make a sale they truly care about their customers and I look forward to doing business with them in the future!

It took me months to wait and hunt for the right car. One day we stopped by at this dealership and first thing they did was letting us test driving every cars I was interested in without any complaints or unpleasant feeling.

I finally found the car I liked and interested to take it for a little longer that drive on the highway and I liked it! The only thing was we couldn’t open the hood and we let them know and they make sure that it’ll be fixed by the time we come back and pick up the car. Mike and John have been very helpful and pleasant to deal with throughout the process. They even got all my title, plate, and registration done by the weekend that I wanted to pick up the car.

Mike and his team are fantastic. We purchased a Ford edge from them and could not be happier. Mike took the time to answer all my questions even though he was on vacation. We just picked up the car yesterday and everything went smooth. The car was inspected, detailed, and plates ready when we showed up for pickup. I'm really happy with the whole process of getting a car through Elite Pre-Owned. After putting in a credit inquiry Gloria reached out to me. She helped me figure out my best options. She was extremely helpful even though it was just about their closing time.
And I then started working on financing with Mike and Ashley in their office.
Mike, Ashley. and Gloria are the most down to earth, friendly people I've ever dealt with in purchasing a car. Mike bent over backwards to find me a good deal and drove off happy with my purchase.

On August 19, 2023 I went to their office to purchase a 2012 Ford Fusion. I was greeted by the service manager, Mike, who was extremely helpful explaining all the details that I needed to purchase the vehicle. His office staff, Ashley and Matt, also assisted with my purchase. The car was checked over by a mechanic, thoroughly cleaned, and test driven. Mike had the registry documents ready for me and also assisted me with my insurance company and car warranty.
As a new buyer I could not have been more satisfied by the help of Elite's staff. They answered all my questions and I know they will be there if I have any more.
The car is excellent and I am a very happy satisfied customer!!

I recently bought a Honda CRV from Elite Pre-Owned Auto and let me say it was one of the best experiences in my life! I have been searching for a car for moooonths and I stumbled across a CRV on FB market that they were selling but when I got there unfortunately they did not have the car. Mike told me there were two other CRVs available and I fell in love with a 2013 Honda CRV. The process of financing was tricky but he went through loops to help me find the best possible way to get a loan and for a first time buyer who was very anxious, he eased my anxiety as we found the best option for me. My elderly mom needed a new car. After some research we determined that a VW Tiguan would be best. They had a good one on the lot. Mike and Eddie were very accommodating. After a test drive we determined that this was the one to buy. We negotiated in good faith, attend to some minor repairs and made a deal.
I dislike car shopping, Elite helped me release some of my preconceived opinions of used car dealers. They were a pleasure to deal with. In the end it was a win/win.
