Macy's

I was looking for a shopping center or department store near were I was staying and found this Macy's located about 15 minutes, is really nice and huge, it was quiet but didn't matter, I found some good deals on clothing and accessories, service is great with friendly staff.

Agnes, who works in the men’s clothing department, treated us with kindness and warmth as we were at the checkout. She took the extra time to make sure the clothes we bought were free of any stains, breaks, security tags, etc. Agnus was definitely one of the nicest associates we met and we hope to see her again!

Time to shop at Macy's for all their discounted clothing. The bargains abound. You can take my word for it. I'm Buc Bergin.

Love Macy's!! This location always is stocked and has all sizes.. other locations run out of the common sizes which happen to be mine.. but I can count on this location having the most on my size. Staff is always amazing and down to earth.

I always get great customer service when I shop there. I hate to see that there's hardly any Check out registers but that's the way the world is these days..

Went here for a new perfume and had a good experience. Was helped immediately and they knew exactly what I was talking about even though I did not have the name correct. Let me sample smell whatever I wanted and made helpful suggestions. Macy's is my go-to for fragrances and where I always park. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely go back.

Nora helped us at checkout and was so amazing. Her energy and customer service was 10/10 and she helped us sign up for a rewards and save money on our homecoming dress

Good, clean store with a cool looking roof that reminds me of the old Busch Stadium from the inside.

Macy's always has wonderful sales this time of year, especially when combine with opening a Macy's credit card on large purchases. Nice shoe, perfume, coat, and clothing selection. Staff are usually very friendly and helpful. Their watch and jewelry case has been pretty bare during covid. This is usually my go to place for Christmas or gift shopping.

Mrs Jamaine is so nice! She helped me find the exact shirt I was looking for once I showed her the picture via their website. I went on a weekday afternoon, summer time. Slow foot traffic, perfect time to shop and ask questions.

I am satisfied with my purchase. Macys is pricey but I guess you’re paying for quality.

This store was so much fun. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. They didn't get impatient when I was trying to figure out how to use my virtual card for the first time and while I shopped, they were happy to hold onto the many items I was carrying. The store is pleasant and clean. Be sure to check out Macy's Backstage if you love a good sale of quality items.

Lots of sales going on now.
Was able to snag some cute name brands for a lot less.
Had a young lady in the juniors section assist me with prices and check me out who was very professional and courteous.
Wish I would have known her name as she was very upbeat and quick to assist which can be a challenge at places these days.

We went Christmas shopping looking for a certain pair of Nike Sneakers for one of our granddaughters. They didn't carry the shoe, but, I found other things for other grandchildren of ours, as well as some perfume for myself! SCORE!!! LOL Yes I even wrapped it for myself for Christmas. They had great prices and lovely salespeople.

Fall is a great time to stock up on summer clothes and shoes and Macy's did not disappoint with the sales. The formal wear selection wasn't large but had good variety. Customer service at this store was friendly, fast and they were staffed and available to help people.

I liked the variety of products at this Macy's location.
