The team at Sunrise Marine is great. We were greeted by everyone in the store. As they were inspecting our trade we shopped in a well stocked showroom. Adam Made our trade for a new Yamaha 4 stroke outboard with absolutely no hassle and added several things to our cart. Tommy went over our purchase with us and they loaded us up and we were out the door. I recommend shopping Sunrise they have taken care of us for years."

I have been an avid boater, fisherman, and hunter for over 55 years. The equipment for these sports has never been better or more complicated. I am from Tennessee and have a duck lease in Beebe, Ark. I luckily found the Sunrise family of companies in Searcy not far away. For three years now I have relied on Sunrise for the annual service of my Ranger Polaris with good help from Delaney. What she promises, Sunrise delivers, and on time! I had outboard troubles late in the season and Tommy with help from Hammer in marine service had me back on the water in short order. Every associate I have encountered, including Makayla on the phone, has taken interest in my needs and gone out of their way to

Great dealership. I spoke with Madison earlier this week about a boat he sent me the needed paperwork and by Friday everything was ready to go. Drove 5 hours to get there was greeted and immediately shown the boat. They had everything ready to go when I got there. Tommy was very helpful explaining the features of the boat, motor and trailer to me and my wife and answered all of our questions and help with getting everything together for the first service. If I were going to buy another new boat I would definitely contact Sunrise again.

My dad and I were looking to trade my dad’s older boat. We had been looking at another big name brand (that Sunrise didn’t carry) at a dealership in North Little Rock. We had gone to the other place first (total waste of time) to look at the other boat. We pulled up right in front of their showroom (pulling the trade-in I might add) and went inside. There were sales folks walking all over the place. We spent around 45 minutes total at that dealership and the only thing that was said to us was someone asking us not to lean on the handrail of the balcony when we were up there looking around! We were blown away that not a single salesman approached us to ask if we could be helped!!! We were both aggravated so we left. Dad told me there was no way that company was getting a dime of his money!! On the ride back home we decided to stop in Searcy and look around at Sunrise. We knew they didn’t have the exact boat we were looking for in stock, but thought maybe they could work with us on pricing and possibly ordering one. When we showed up, we were approached by Matt, the Assistant Manager. He showed us the closest boat he had to what we were looking for (a much better boat than we were originally looking at anyway). Matt was very easy to talk to and showed personal interest in us and our needs. He ended up making a deal that my dad was satisfied with, and he is the proud owner of a brand new G3!!! My dad was so happy with the customer service we recieved while we were there! Everyone there treated us with a great deal of respect and appreciation! Thank you Matt for making my dad’s buying experience special!!!
