Craig Smith and his staff made my purchase seamless!
They offer new and used golf carts and take your old cart in trade..They also stock many parts and accessories for many makes and models..I would recommend Smith Golf of Searcy!

The team at Smith Golf has been great, from the initial purchase and delivery to a recent service call (which turned out to likely be user error, but they fixed it and even serviced the golf cart while on site). I won't shop anywhere else for my next golf cart. Thanks guys.

Apparently if you order a part and within minutes call back to cancel said part they feel the need to charge a $50 cancellation fee. Not a good way to do business. Take care of your customer. If it was hours or days after ordering maybe, but MINUTES?? come on …. Don’t recommend doing business with them period.

Just this week……I was told by Owner Craig Smith they would NOT work on 2023 Onward Gas Club Cart Warranty claim with only 5.5 hrs. unless I purchased Golf Cart directly from them…..that I would have to take it back to the Dealer I purchased it from…..here’s the disturbing part…..I purchased a new 2023 Onward gas cart from them in March trading in 2018 model that he offered me $8500…. A deal I couldn’t turn down, then he gets upset with me for accepting the deal…anyways,…..I drove 2.5 hrs to Creach Golf Carts in Neelyville, MO to make a simple adjustment of governor & check acceleration cable that took all of 15 minutes.
Beware of their
Customer Service / Attitude / Arrogance !!!
They don’t have to worry about me or my golfing friends doing business with Smith Golf Searcy again!
