Lee's One Hour Dry Cleaners

Not as quick as they said. I had to make an extra trip. More expensive than expected

I needed a pair of slacks dry cleaned. There were no posted prices. I was quoted a price which I felt was acceptable. When I went to pick up the slacks the price they charged me was 50% more than the same individual had quoted me before. They said since the slacks were a large size, it cost more. Sure, I am a big guy, but he could see that when I came in. I will never do business here again and will certainly not recommend them!

Please join me in never using Lee's Dry Cleaners in Gresham. We have been loyal customers for years and then this. This was a solid dark coral Tommy Bahama shirt. $125 purchase price. One dry cleaning and this is the result. They hid it in a bag with other items. We never saw it until we took it out from between other items. When I took it back to complain the woman said I did it. No refund for cleaning, no nothing, called me a liar. HORRIBLE service. (Apparently I cant post photos, I wish I could do you could see the damage)

Brought in a winter coat. When I came to pick it up, they kept saying I never dropped it off!! finally after what felt like an eternity of going back and forth. they located my coat. When I took it home to inspect it, my coat was ruined!! I’m not sure what equipment they use for dry cleaning but if you’re reading …this is your sign to stay away from this dump !! They do terrible service !!

IF i had to rate this dry cleaners it would be a zero. I was charged $20 for a top that didn't get clean and holes in my skirt where he used safety pins to pin my skirt to the hanger. Who uses safety pins on a dry clean only, delicate skirt that can easily get snags?!
Also he doesn't open on time.
I am not pleased with this business.

I came to this dry cleaning by suggestion and the service was OK. But I was never told how much it was gonna cost to get my winter jacket cleaned. I nearly fell when he charged $27 for small jacket that’s over 10 years old. I told myself for a few more dollars I could’ve bought a new jacket. This dry cleaning service is well overpriced and I wish I would’ve looked at reviews before I went there.

They charged me $173 to dry clean 4 blankets, and didn’t tell me the amount until after they ran my card. I will never go here again. And it wasn’t done in an hour. It took a normal amount of time, with an insane price tag. Never again, ever. Do not go here. Not upfront at all with pricing - and they’re crazy over priced.

I went in on a Friday to get a pair of pants and shirt cleaned and needed it by the following morning the latest and she said she can have it done by the next Wednesday, or Monday the earliest. I questioned the name of the business "1 hour dry cleaning" and she said it's just the name but that THEY DO NOT dry clean in just 1 hour = FALSE ADVERTISING

Took me for 50 bucks on pants and 3 shirts do not take anything to these shysters. Wish I would have tag the reviews on this place. I hope the business fails soon so they can't do this to other people.

I gave them my 2 winter coats and they gave me it back the I gave it to them and they did not clean it and they charged over priced and it is not good quality and I recommend not going here you should go somewhere else and they are not honest they should run out of business.
