Cafe in Middleton off Rte 114 near Starbucks. They have many healthy lunch options and do offer smoothies and soup as well.

I could write a super long review but instead I’ll just highlight how I love that the owner, Danielle, is constantly switching up the menu with new items and goodies, all super healthy of course. The novelty makes it exciting to visit. For example, just recently I tried a vanilla chia pudding they had and wow I could have tubs of it.

I was a tub of lard one year ago, started chowing on some healthy grub and I look like a stalk of celery now dropped a good 80 lbs, the fat practically fell off me like ice on a spring roof. I downed the açaí bowls like a 220 pound pit bull with a raw ribeye steak on its birthday and they’re better than ever.

I love Sol bean Cafe. Everything we get is so delish. I love the Açaí Bowl definitely my favorite. I have taken both of my granddaughters there and they love it. The first time I went here my Best friend Patti took me and it was very good and healthy. Recently I just took my sister and another time 2 of my closest friends and they both liked it. The girls that work there are very nice and very accommodating. I go so much some of the girls know my name lol. All in all great service and very healthy food!!!💜 (It is a little pricey but you get what you pay for quality healthy food) Love It!!! Karen💜🦋

I ate the casa panini and a ginger turmeric shot. Absolutely delish. Everything is super healthy and fresh. It never disappoints. I would definitely recommend this cafe, especially if you are looking for a super healthy option. I love it here!

I have continued to make the 30-minute drive to Solbean because their food is just that good! Their açaí bowl is something out of heaven. It’s dangerously delicious. Your soul will thank you but your wallet will hate you. Their sandwiches/paninis are also amazing. Solbean has something for everyone. Their menu is very expansive. It could take months before you taste everything they have. I love it!

Delicious, fresh and friendly. Sol Bean's online ordering is amazing! The online ordering gives you a time when your food will be ready so you don't have to wait! The fridge keeps your food fresh and cool until you can pick it up. Anyone who thinks this type of food can be made quickly doesn't really understand what they are eating from other places!

I used to go here literally everyday in the summer!! The tuna panini is to die for and of course the açai bowl is a classic must-have. The staff is super polite even when I come in a few minutes before close, they always seem happy to help. I really feel cared for as a customer here 😊

Healthy food served in a fun environment. My girlfriend and I split the Meg Melt and Tuna Melt which were both excellent. We usually make juices at home but wanted to try the Lemon Zinger. It was great and had a nice kick to it. Keep in mind that the restaurant is popular and if you go during a busy time you might have too wait a bit for your food, but just expect that, and the food is worth that wait.

Where to start? Sol Bean has a been a staple in Middleton for many years, and we're so lucky to have them. Danielle and staff care about the health and happiness of their clientele. Their smoothies are amazing and their acia bowls are the biggest seller among the crowd. Fresh ingredients always, staff is always clean, kind and well put together. Middleton and its community is lucky to have Sol Bean as a great, quick, fresh, healthy option! :)

One of my favorite places to go for gluten free food for breakfast or lunch. The açaí bowls are hands-down the best and biggest ones around! Highly recommend, so many great, healthy and gluten free options!

I had the tuna luna and it was fresh and delicious, I would highly recommend it. I always order this and it never disappoints. It is super tasty!

Congratulations Danielle and the crew at Sol Bean for 8 delicious years, I hope you have at least 8 more! This is one of my favorite meeting places because any time of day there's multiple healthy and delicious options for anyone following a special diet (vegan, dairy free, gluten free, "on a detox", etc.) and they frequently add new items do it's anything but boring.

Food was really good organic and great vibe for any crowd even children . Very popular Acai bowls that are hard to find in New England since they are common delight for the South Pacific

5 Stars for their food and healthier options when dinning out. I've been here twice so far and don't recommend going on a lunch break. Prep time can take a while due to their small staff and large clientele.

the latte, smoothie, and panini sandwiches we ordered were all excellent. sandwiches took a while but that explains the perfect sear and temperature. we tried a brownie (sourced from aj king in salem) and it was among the best i've tasted.

Amazing and Fresh: we had the winter bowl and the ole wrap and both were super delicious!
