Great first visit! Plenty of parking; store was very clean and well organized. I went in with a list and found everything I needed. Employees were friendly and helpful but didn't hover (which I appreciate as I wanted to poke around!). I will be back for sure.

Stumbled upon Rocky’s while looking for a place to swap out my empty 20 lb propane tank with a full one, and discovered that, not only do they fill propane tanks, but they do it at an unbeatable price and with great service. I’ll definitely be back.

Rented a carpet shampoo machine and attachments. The employees were very helpful and gave me good advice on what shampoos to use for my application. Extended the rental from 24 Hrs to 48 Hrs for only $10 more... that was a big plus!

Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, respectfully guiding a newbie with info about staining wood, assembling a grill, etc. So glad to avoid big box stores and not pay any more for same items.

Great service. Called for answers about a gas grill. Moments later was at the store making a purchase. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Special ordered a natural gas grill. Few days later it was assembled and ready for pick up.

I love roaming around hardware stores. Rocky's is nice because it is smaller than the BIG stores and easier to find what I need. People here are always helpful and friendly.

I only shopped here once but they were extremely helpful in finding the obscure item I was looking for. She didn't send me down and isle, she took the time to look it up and find it exactly. That's a kind of service that's rare these days .
