Cassie at Honda North in Danvers made my car buying experience as good as it could possibly be! I absolutely love the new Pilot Trailsport and she worked hard for me to make it work with my budget. All communication through the process was excellent with consistent updates along the way since the car had to be ordered. And the day I picked the car up, she had everything ready to go so it was easy and fast so I could get to work on time.

I went to Honda North to turn in my 2010 honda civic for a newer vehicle and recieved help from Michael while there. He was very helpful, answered any questions i had sufficiently while also making the entire process much easier than expected. After 3 happy years of driving my 2020 Honda CRV EX L, I just turned it in (not that there was anything wrong with it), for the 2024 newly designed CRV EX L, both of them from Honda North in Danvers. What I got from Steve was some great customer service paired with a through knowledge of the product he was selling me. There was no double talk just honesty. Aiziz was my salesperson at Honda North. He was very accommodating as well as pleasant. I called him several times after my lease was finalized, and he helped every time. I also left him messages, even on his day off, and he promptly called me back. He very affable person.
