The remodel is so nice. Every spot in the building looked so clean and tidy. I was in for a basic primary care appointment and the waiting room -“Module D” - looked set up nicely and was clean. Not even a single mask or tissue left out as trash on the floor or seating. I was impressed with how spotless it was. Staff was friendly. I’ll be sure to be back for future appointments.

I needed a same day appt so I saw Dr Deng whom I had not seen before. She was great! She was a good listener and very patient with me. She put me at ease and helped me sort out my problem. Very good experience with this provider.

From the moment I walked in at Rockwood to walking out everyone was friendly and kind. From the security guard to the gentleman at the check in desk to the doctor’s assistant and of coarse the doctor herself it was a good experience! Thank you Kaiser! Ps, I love my doctor!!

Check in was quick, Kathy was great in checking my blood pressure and Joseph was proficient in drawing blood. Refreshing experience! 😊

I went in to have some blood work done in the lab and only had four people in front of me so it was quite nice not too long of a wait. The phlebotomist then awesome.

My care team yesterday impressed the heck out of me, from the front desk to my amazing nurse to Ms. Gerry NP the person who's professionalism, concern and compassion for my issue set my mind at ease. The wait time was very reasonable. The nurse was very friendly and gentle. Dr. Rubin excellent and went through my chart and asked what questions I may have. Explained why I needed to take what meds I'm taking. I felt he did a very thorough job.

Jennifer Farley is by far the best Dr we have ever had here. She is Sweet, nice ,experienced just simply amazing. Made my daughters procedure go so smooth!

The appointment went well. My questions and concerns were answered. Nurse and Doctor were both easy to communicate with.

First, the assistant was very good. She did what need to be done and asked relevant questions only. She so kind and courteous. Second, the Doctor/Optometrist was friendly and courteous. He did a great job in serving me as a client. He told me what to watch out for in the future and gave me the diagnosed result sheet and advised me to obtain what was prescribed as soon as possible in a very kind and polite tone. He is the best optometrist I have ever met.

Dr. Chin and Jessica Lee both were so through with my intake and exam and patient with all my questions. They were both very gentle with my exam and explained everything they were doing and how it would feel if it was putting drops in my eyes or air, etc. Dr. Chin gave me three different options for glasses prescriptions and ordered a test to check for the possibility of glaucoma. Once I have that test, she made it clear she would be in contact with me to explain the results. It was the most thorough eye exam I have ever had.

When visiting any medical center I become very shy and nervous. As soon as I proceeded to check in the receptionist was very kind and helpful, which made me feel better. While waiting for the doctor the male nurse was so people friendly that I started to engage and relax. Thank you for being so good at what you do!

Quick and easy mammogram today. Ordered on Monday by my doctor and plenty of appointments available in multiple locations. Don't forget to get your mammograms ladies! Thanks Julie for making it as painless as possible!

Dr butler and her assistant Amanda are amazing. I am so thankful to have dr. Butler as my doctor. I have been a pt at Kaiser since 2007 ish and she has been by far the best pc I have ever had I genuinely feel cared for. she makes me laugh and has been a blessing to me and my son who is also her pt. She runs late sometimes but I don’t mind because she is worth the wait and her assistant always tells me how long so I can take a good nap which I can’t do at home. Thank you for them both.

Dr Cora Ludwig is an amazing Dr.!
She never makes you feel like she's in a rush, she listens to her patients needs. We need more Dr's like her, she's professional and makes you feel like an important human being.

I came into the new Rockwood Eye Care and was helped quickly and very pleasantly by some lovely people. Got a discount on my new glasses and couldn't be happier.

Doctors and nurses are super nice and professional! I love them!
