The buying experience was very easy. We were given time to browse and make our decision. And the price was very competitive. The time for delivery was actually quicker than anticipated. Special thanks to Peter who was able to arrange our delivery earlier than the original schedule to accommodate our needs. May I congratulate the two gentlemen that brought all our bedroom pieces up two flights of stairs. They were absolutely awesome and very professional in the way they went about their work. We have had such a great experience with Michael's Fine Furniture because of Peter. We found the items we wanted to buy for our new home and Peter took the time to listen and give us advice on our purchases. We bought 2 dual seat recliners, a bar height expandible dinning table with 4 bar stools, and an elegant Victorian dinning room table with 8 chairs.

We were to put some money down upfront and the rest before delivery. Peter was patient with our situation and worked with us. He was so friendly and kind every time we stopped by to just look at our future purchases.
Peter helped us with our delivery and set-up and made sure that we were going to be highly satisfied. He did not disappoint. Mario worked so hard to build all of our chairs to make sure they were strong and level. Peter even called us the next day to check on us.

Other salesmen don't do that. Peter is the type of salesman and manager I wish was at every store. I love my furniture! It is so pretty.

We ordered a Stanton sectional at the beginning of December and it arrived before Christmas day. The service was exceptional and the product is of the highest quality.

After a long day at work, contemplated whether I should go to furniture store tonight or just wait until the weekend. Decided to go in quickly to browse and get out. I was greeted by an associate named Dave, given some space to shop and when he noticed something caught my eye, he was right there to answer any questions. He stuck to the facts , didn't make promises just to seal the deal, heard my concerns even worked with me to keep me on budget. If only every shopping experience was as smooth as this one. No high pressure sales pitch, just good folk being neighborly. I will definitely shop here again.

In a single day, we needed to purchase several pieces for a few different rooms in a new, unfurnished apartment. Michael's stocked many of the pieces we decided to buy, and ordered the rest. Our salesperson, Dave, was knowledgeable about the industry in general and the specific product lines we were considering. He was able to guide us when we had concerns or needed to order a piece sight unseen. He was able to give us sale prices that we were satisfied with for quality pieces. The next time I need furniture, I'll go back to Michael's first.

After visiting many furniture stores in the area and constrained by room size limitations and budget, we were happy to find a terrific sale here as well as a table for our needs. Anthony was helpful and patient, allowing us both space and time to browse and think about our purchase. He was willing to open multiple tables to show us their capacity, never once being pushy or hurrying us. As the need for furniture arises we will probably make this our first stop from now on.

I am thrilled with the customer service we have recently received. We purchased an electric recliner with remote prior to major back surgery. Unfortunately the floor model we purchased died within a week. It was the day before my surgery. Michelle in the warranty department was so apologetic and supportive. She found a motor, had it shipped and then arranged prompt installation which happened the day after I returned home. I cannot say how grateful I am to have had this support and care. Thanks and we will be back again!

I purchased a leather sectional and after delivery I noticed that one piece had a small cut and an armrest that was a bit deformed. I called Peter to let him know what I had found. He had new pieces delivered and swapped out within 2 hrs. I was beyond thrilled. This type of customer service is unheard of now days. I would recomend Michaels to anyone for there furniture needs. Peter was great to work with!

This was a fantastic furniture buying experience. Mark spent more time than we deserved answering questions and helping us make the final purchase decision. Can't wait to get my new couch in the house, I know it's going to be everything we wanted. Ps I'm a super picky and difficult customer. He was patient and kind and spent well over an hour with me and my indecisiveness and really listened to what I was saying. Will go back for our bedroom set next.

Michael's beat all other prices and we're so easy to work with. When we brought our chair home, the stuffing in the back looked worn very quickly. They had a team here in a day or two to add more stuffing. I'd highly recommend them, and we look forward to continue working with them?
