Buying a car from Julialisa was the BEST experience I have had purchasing a car! She was so kind & personable. I felt a sense of trust in her guidance. The process was effortless!! The team was amazing! It was a Saturday, they close at 6 however, it was close to 7 by the time Gil was finished going over the paperwork with me. I felt bad because he had plans with his kids but he never rushed me. He was very nice.
Now it’s Monday, pick up day & I meet Chea Kenyon, WOW! He explained absolutely everything in my vehicle & how to set things up. It was incredible! He put my EZpass up for me & put the Mercedes app on my phone. So appreciate all the time he gave me. I never would have read the manual to figure it all out! Then another surprise Julialisa hands me a dozen roses as I’m waiting for my car to be inspected! I was caught off guard by such a thoughtful gesture, it truly warmed my heart! All I can say is I walked in on Saturday unsure what would be the best decision for me keeping my car & getting tires etc. or getting something that fits me. Can’t say I was excited when I left Saturday yet. I hadn’t told my husband or son I got a car & I could only imagine what they would say! When I drove off the lot I was happy & excited! I drove straight to my son’s house to get my granddaughter & this is the best! We are in the car & she says Lulu, your new car is big enough now for Charlie & me. Are we going to Maine now? That’s when I knew 100% I made the right decision!

My wife and I just bought our first Mercedes, a certified pre-owned GLA 250 - which has been my dream car for years - and the whole experience was wonderful. Since we live in Norwood, a good 1.5 hour drive during evening rush hour, we arrived not long before closing for our test drive/purchase visit and our pickup visit. On the first occasion both Skip and Ibe stayed late even though a snowstorm had just started coming down. The night we picked up the car Skip welcomed us with a gorgeous bouquet of roses and Anthony ducked in and out of the pouring rain to show us the ins and outs of our new car. I had the pleasure of working with Xheims Gjeci as my sales advisor. To start, I showed up before the dealership was technically open. I met Xheims and he graciously directed me to the proper location to view the 2022 Silverado. We took the truck for a test ride, Xheims was knowledgable about the features and open about the entire sales process. When we got back to the showroom I was introduced to Lawrence Blaushield, the General Sales Manager. Lawrence was honest and straight forward from the beginning. We agreed to a price on my trade and locked in the deal on the Silverado (I think before the dealership was technically open- just further showing the passion and work ethic these 2 guys have. I never felt pressured - I felt that both Xheims and Lawrence were on my side throughout the entire process. It was a refreshing feeling. They are even working on obtaining a 2nd key as the truck I purchased only had one. Top notch guys and a top notch dealership- look them up if you are in the process of buying a new vehicle- they will take good care of you!

If you’re looking to get a new car I highly recommend going to see Craig!! I had just finished my 3 year lease and was looking to either lease or finance a new car (I was undecided) and Craig was patient and did everything he could to make sure I was getting a great deal and a car that was right for me!! I decided to finance a 2020 GLA and I LOVE IT. Craig checked in after to make sure that I still loved it after taking it home (I sure did!) Honestly just a stand up guy I feel that he was very honest with me and genuinely wanted me to find a car that was perfect for me!! I didn’t feel pressured to buy the most expensive car in the show room, he patiently showed me ALL of my options in my price range. He then brought me over to Darnell the business manager to seal the deal and she was just as great and extremely caring!! This is my first time actually financing a car after a few leases and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. If you want an honest salesman who will go above and beyond to get you what you want, go see Craig!!!!
