Drive up experience is awesome. Not only is it easy, but it is always quick. I've never waited longer than 5 minutes for them to come out with my order. The employees are always friendly and it is a great option for busy parents.

I like target. And every time I enter the store I like it even more. Compared to the competitor. This has been my go to place. Prices are comparable to other local stores. They have more staff available in case you need help. Which is a bonus at least for me.

Only issue I had is the lack of help and knowledge in the electronics department.

one employee who I was speaking with had such a bad odor coming from them that I had to move back many feet not to smell it. I'm not knocking them. We all smell.

But I have a heightened sense of smell and I would have puked right there if I didn't move. I felt really bad that I had to do that.

But they had no knowledge of the electronics questions I was asking about anyways. So I left that department. Other then that everything else went good.

I went here for a bday gift for my daughter. I couldn't find it anywhere. A sales associate, Gregory stopped what he was doing, looked it up, went out back to see if they had it, came back in no time and then gave me the sales price. The world could use more Gregory's! If you ever see this, thanks pal, that was really great 👍👍👍

Target Saugus is absolutely amazing! I drive from Boston just to shop there because the store is so outstanding! The employees are wonderful and extremely helpful and polite. Also the store is immaculate. Definitely 5 stars!♥

I received it the same day. You had plenty available to fill. Several stores either had none or I would have had to wait to get it the following week. Never disappointed

Great customer service! We have used drive-up shopping several times during this pandemic and the employees have been wonderful. They deliver our bags to the back of the car and place them inside. We've been able to get a wide variety of items in this way. The entire experience is contact-less, which is important to us right now. Highly recommend!

This Target location is great, especially after the recent remodeling. There is now a decently sized grocery section, and items are easier to find now compared to how they were before. The prices are very good, and the store is much cleaner than its competitors, especially Walmart. Using the self checkout is always very quick and efficient. Best place for your day to day shopping needs.

Customer Service. I was searching for an item and had asked a couple of employees who did look on their store mini computers and directed me to an aisle number. However, I was still unable to find the wooded matches needed. One employee walked me to where the item was. Later after shopping for awhile, I was ready to check out. Russ, spotted me and in hand was the exact item I wanted. I will tell all my friends about my wonderful experience. He went above and beyond to ensure that I had exactly what I wanted and needed.

I really like going to the Target in Saugus. The staff is friendly and the store, even as busy as it was today, was clean. I like the fact that there are employees on the floor so if I need help, I don’t have to hunt for someone. Thanks!!

Zachary, the guest service person at the Saugus store went way out of his way to help me. I ordered online to pick up at a couple of the other stores looking for a particular item. It was just candy so it's not like it was an expensive selling item. I called to make sure it was at the first store and the woman said it was. When I got an email saying it wasn't there...I called back and the woman said...oh that was as of 8AM. I didn't want this to happen again so when I ordered at Saugus, I explained my experience to Zachary. He went to the people who pick the orders and then he dug for the item that seemed to still be on the pallet, found the items and held them for my son to pick up for me!!!! He kept me on the phone the whole time ensuring me he was handling it and he did. Honestly, he was just fantastic!! That's treating me like a guest. That's someone worth giving a shout out to and being acknowledged. I will definitely be making Target Saugus my Target!!!

The cashier was a great help. I purchased rasberries they fell out of container which squished all over my hands when I retrieved them. She transferred to a clean bag and gave me a paper towel and sanitizer to clean up with. She went the extra mile.

Had a very surprising and unexpected experience with a store manager going well beyond great customer service for me today, a week before Christmas. I usually dread retail trips especially during the month of December, but I have to admit that today's store manager couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating in helping me out.

The service was awesome! It was late and I didn't want to get out of the car and it was so super fast. I have ordered through the app for in store pickup but never did the car service. Will definitely do this again.

March 6th 2021 I was in the Men's department looking for Men's shirts to buy for my son. I had trouble finding the size and style I wanted. This wonderful Sales woman Hillary stayed with me. She helped me find everything I was looking for. Thank you Target.
