I've been coming here since the late 90s, great family owned Chinese restaurant!

Bar and food are solid! Place is an institution!

I'm rooting for the family that owns the place! You folks are doing a great job!

Worth the drive from Boston!

Oh wow I really enjoyed this place ..Vivian was our server and she was awesome so nice and attentive.The crab rangooms are the best I have ever had and the moo goo guy pan was good and so was the shrimp fried rice

Originally from this area, I've lived in New Hampshire for the past 25 years. It is always great coming back to the good old Kowloon. The food and drinks are always great, and the service is quick and authentic. The cool atmosphere adds to the vibe. The parking lot is always fun to get out of, but what are you gonna do? Welcome to Massachusetts and deal with it!

Wat can I say about a place that has been around for 75 years I'm a huge WWE fan and love coming here to see all the signed pics they have on the walls and the food is always amazing saugus wings to die for lol but this time I tried the 1 1/2lb salt & pepper lobster and wow this was amazing 👏 so good that my wife who doesn't like lobster was smacking it like it was ice cream lol and the fried ice cream was amazing and the service was beyond remarkable our waiter was friendly and on top of his game to the point when we got the ice cream my wife and I was sharing the spoon and he came right over with another one after 75 years they still got the magic

We went upstairs to see the comedy show with Mark Henry. About the VIP tickets with meet &greet.food was delicious nice golden brown perfect tasting,rice delicious nice & hot service was excellent great drinks we had scorpion bowl ,bahama mama very good .

Such a classic restaurant from a bygone era. This was my first time and it somehow felt nostalgic. I'm glad it's still around. The food was great, the service was super fast, the drinks were delicious.

This place was crazy lol but I had a great time. The tofu was PERFECT honestly-- just the way I like it cooked. The vibe inside was bustling, but we got our food fast :)

Went on our way out of Boston on St. Patrick's Day. It was not very crowded and all the staff was delightful. We got an appetizer, sushi, 6 two meals. The servings were very large. The dessert was so fun! I learned about all the famous people who have been as well!

Was so surprised at the size of this restaurant! Nicely laid out, decor was very nice, seating was comfortable. The food was amazing, fresh and tasty. Our waitress was so friendly and helpful, she took great care of us. Can't wait to go back and sample more of their amazing menu!

The waitress was a sweetheart, very kind and helpful, it's usually pretty crowded in there but there was no wait time to be seated which is always good. I had a frozen Pina Colada which was a little too strong but I guess that's better than them under pouring like some other places. Also here was a little visitor outside letting people feed him. Say Hi to Phil the Pheasant!!! 🦃 Turkey is as close as an emoji I could find❤

I've always loved this place. The food is excellent every time I've gone.

I have been going here for years and have never had a bad meal. They know what they're doing with New England style Chinese food. Some of my favorites include the Hot and Sour Soup, Shrimp with Lobster Sauce, Saugus Wings, Tangerine Beef, I could go on.. The atmosphere adds to the vibe. Very well decorated, has dimmer lighting that gives you that old school feeling. I had the pleasure of being here for an event during the Chinese New Year! Oh yeah, you can get fried ice cream for dessert!

I hadn't been to Kowloon in years but had great memories of the fun decor and wonderful food - what my family refers to as old fashion Chinese food. And it did not disappoint! We ordered spare ribs, egg rolls, and crab Rangoon to start. Each appetizer was so delicious! We then had shrimp fried rice, lobster sauce and subgum chow main. Everything was amazing, living up to my memories!

I haven't been here in probably 20 years... we went on a whim while coming out of Boston with my wife and daughter. The service was fantastic, food was great, prices are perfectly reasonable, and the atmosphere was wonderful. They brought my daughter a lei and put a parasol in her drink - she was over the moon. We sang happy birthday for her and the waiter overheard and brought a little ice cream cake with a candle - it was the highlight of the night and we were talking about it the whole way home. Life is just a string of experiences, good and bad ones... the staff at Kowloon made today a great day and gave us a good experience. So thank you! Keep up the amazing work!

Solid menu of American Chinese, Thai and Japanese dishes. The Mai Tai’s never disappoint. I enjoyed the gluten free shrimp and I can’t miss ordering Crab Rangoon every time I eat here.
Staff was attentive and the kitsch atmosphere keeps me coming back.
This is a great place for engagement parties and large groups.

A blast from the past that consistently has amazing service, a delightfully campy space, and good food! Great for lovers of American Chinese and American Sushi dishes. They have movie events, comedy, and other fun stuff going on throughout the year!

I'm impressed with this restaurant... it has a very unique design/decoration; the place is huge; the menu has so many options; the food was amazing; the service was fast... It's a great place!

Came back to Kowloon for the first time in a decade. I grew up coming here as most people did. Had to bring my wife for the first time before it is too late. The operation is impressive. So many people there you struggle to park but there's no wait to sit. Waitress was fast and attentive and answered questions about the menu. Food and drinks were fast. Most importantly, the Saugus Wings are still deserving of their legendary status in chicken wing history. The outside area had a band playing and looked like a really fun time.

They now have an outdoor area, but I got there too late to experience it. They have a comedy show, Fri-Sat, that I'll have to check out. The inside is very nice, a little nostalgic, and that's fine. The food... the food was good, I had a scorpion bowl, and it was OK. I had the pupu platter for 2, and it was so much food (pumps fist). The crab Rangoon looked as stuffed as a pregnant woman holding triplets. I didn't give the food 5 stars because the scorpion bowl was ok, you could hardly taste the liquor and I had pork fried rice that tasted so bland it was as if I were eating white rice, there was just no flavor plus it came out at room temperature. The service was great so take the family and friends.

Such a fun place to go for a comedy show and what an amazing dinner we had. The quality is really good and the pricing is very fair. Sure the building is a little dilapidated, it’s all part of the charm. The servers are great, the ambiance is great, the food is wonderful - what more could you want? Love this spot.
