Skull Cliff Parking

Easy hike.The amount of work the bike riders have put into the trails is noteworthy in itself. Fun hike for the kids, lots of twists and turns, all going the same basic way. Would want to be a bit watchful in bike season. The cliff is great! I remember living nearby and hearing stories of it. Fun spot, great views, fun hike. If you're looking for a quick, interesting hike-maybe while you're getting a oil change-or a quick woodsy diversion, this is a great spot.

This is an amazing spot for Mountain Biking! Amazing views and challenging terrain. That being said, most of the trails here are difficult and none of them are well marked. Many places are advertised as being difficult and a tough challenge but these trails mean it. If you are not an experienced rider or are not in good physical condition DO NOT venture far off the main trail and if you do, make SURE whatever you go down you will be able to go back the same way you came.

I wanted to see this cliff before the vandals destroyed it but unfortunately it's pretty much destroyed. It was a quick slightly steep hike up to the old quarry, and the mountain bike group has kept the trails in good shape. I hiked from the parking lot behind a jeep dealership with my dog( the only glass I found was around the edges/ledges of the quarry.)

This place is a bit tough to find. Google maps will get you close but no parking. You need to park in the designated area behind the Chystler dealership. They ha e it marked and even provide a lil picnic area. Hike up and through the downhill mountain bike trails and you will find this masterpiece of spray paint. .

Trails are unmarked but you can wind your way from the back of Ledge Road. The cliff is the remnants of a granite quarry that someone has adorned with graffiti skulls. Top notch views of the Boston skyline from the top. Check out the dastardly mountain biking course too!

Skull Cliff is a vista point in Lynnfield, Ma with unobstructed views of the Boston skyline. While the trails getting to Skull Cliff are not marked, it is a straightforward and short 10 minute nature walk on a gradual incline. Simply park in one of the 8 spots against the back wall of the Kelly Jeep Chrysler dealership designated for the "Lynn Conservation Trust" and head up the trail. Watch out for mountain bikers in the area as biking trails crisscross the hiking trails.

Gotta jump the fence or walk around it then head right. Great spot to hike, or mountain bike....be careful though!! Cause I'm reckless and some spots where still extreme. Also pick up your trash it's amazing clean there.

Freakin cool place. Definitely not an easy climb. But worth it...

Pretty good parking, can be hard to find at first. Just go behind the jeep dealership and youll see it.

Theres easier access at Ledge Rd. Park at the end. Follow the path. Keep to the right and you will be at the bottom of the 'cliff'

Easy to get to. Enough trails to wander for hours.

After the place fell to be a victim of graffiti by a bunch of gay boys its not what it is, but some of the original painitng still is intact and worth seeing
