Dr Shi is a person in charge of his life. As a doctor, he really cares about you and not trying to empty your wallet. If you have any concerns, he will listen to you and help you right away instead of a long wait for an appointment. The staff are great, they are patient and organized. Although it is a certain distance from where I live, I still choose it. If you are a new patient, you will not wait for an appointment, they will admit you right away. Thank you Dr. Shi for being my PCP!

In all my 45 years, I have never experienced a better doctor then Dr. Shih. I am absolutely amazed at the emount of times he takes with each patient explaining things. He's doesn't rush threw your appointment or just throw any type of medication at you, to get you out of there fast. Dr. Shih is by far the best doctor I have EVER incounted. I am blessed and beyond thankful to have him as my doctor. I HIGHLY recommend him.

Dr. Shih has been taking care of myself and my family for the last 9 years. He really cares as a physician and will listen to you if you want additional testing done or referrrals he will help you right away, not another appt. The staff is great and if you need an urgent appt they will fit you in. It's a great location, all the testing done there or at Holy Family Hospital and also on the Haverhill bus line. You won't wait for an appt if your a new patient they'll get you in right away. Thank you Dr Shih for being part of our health care family!

Dr. Shiao-Ang Shih, has been my primary care doctor for many years. He is a great doctor as well as very personable, and really knowedgeable in all health issues that you may have. He and his staff are very respectful with your privacy, health concerns as well as everyday living, and will always return your calls promptly. I truly recommend their family practice to many people seeking greater health care.
