Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I have been a member since 2010 and since then, they have had a lot of massage therapist come and go. I have been lucky and landed the best ones that I have stuck with over the years. The massage and facials are really good and depending on what type you want, they adjust to your specific requests. I have had to freeze my account several times since being a member and each time, it is handled in a professional manner and nothing negative to say about this location. The front desk staff seems to turnover quickly but that is how it is at all locations from what I hear. Recommend massage here and ask for Jamie! She books out months in advance she is that good.

This my first time going there. I was a nice experience. The representative at the lobby were friendly and took the time to walk me through the entire process. The massage was awesome. Highly recommended.

What a great place. I’ve been in twice now. Once for a massage and again for a facial. Both experiences were great and I’ll be back soon.

Everytime my bf and I have been we've had great experiences. Had to call to get more information about
credits on my account and other general info and was able to get thorough information regarding next steps. Christe T. (Not sure if her first name is spelled correct due to my handwriting when I noted it) was super helpful, responsive, courteous, and personable when as answering my questions. Not just that she made sure I understand any and all charges. Definitely recommend this location. Not sure why the other reviews on here are surprised about prices as a lot of the prices are mentioned upfront in writing, from reception, and when you're in the room. Facials and massages here have always been great. Haven't had a negative experience here and if I could I would keep coming here for future appointments!

Friendly staff and wonderful customer service. It's been a while since I went in for a massage, but when I had my membership there, I liked the therapists a lot. They were nice and accommodating and gave great massages. The waiting area is pleasant to sit in, and it feels like the people really care about your comfort and well-being.

I love my membership at Hand and Stone! I joined in March and I'm still getting to know the staff. Every person that I've worked with has been INCREDIBLE! I've had several massages and a facial, and each time I've been so impressed by the quality! The professionals here are talented, intuitive, dedicated, and effective! I'm always blissfully happy when I leave!

I hadn't had a massage since I moved to Hillsboro about 5 years ago... I'm so glad I made an appointment here! My therapist has a passion for deep tissue massage and was able to fix up a lot of the chronic muscle tension and pain I was experiencing, just from the first session. The staff is exceptionally friendly and professional. They explained all of the options with pricing up front so there were zero surprises. Their membership program is very appealing and a great way to get monthly therapy sessions at a significant discount.

I was visiting the area from the NYC-area. I asked a few ladies at my hotel about the Spa, (reputation, comments, etc.,). They had absolutely everything great to say about the Spa. When I called to make an appointment, they didn't have availability. However, they were kind enough to put me on a wait list in case there were any cancellations and also took my phone number. Upon asking how far out one must call to secure an appointment, I was told about a month. I will definitely be visiting that area and I can guarantee I will be calling to reserve my spot way ahead of time. Will update my review when I have a session there.

I threw my back out earlier this week, and as it wasn't getting better on its own, tried to find a same-day massage, on a Sunday... I tried many places before contacting H&S, but when I called Hand & Stone, the receptionist was super helpful and got me in within an hour. The massage was exactly what I needed. Very professional and relaxing. As a bonus, they waived my initiation fee and gave me member rates for signing up to their monthly service.

As a new member I get a special rate to try something new, classic facial here I come.

The monthly membership is a great deal for regular massages and facials. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful experience. My massage therapist did an excellent job and I will more than definitely return there after signing up for the membership.

I had an amazing massage by Marcia! It was my first massage ever and she made me feel comfortable. Additionally, I felt like Hand & Stone did a good job of preventing COVID-19 contamination to the best of their ability. And it wasn't so bad having a mask on during my massage!

This place is amazing specially the staff. I made my first maasage apppointment last week due to acute pain to my left mid- back. Wow! Just wow! I left the place feeling amazing, relaxed, and pain free. I decided to become a member that evening and will definitely recommend this place to family and friends. I have been to Hillsboro Hand & Stone for 3 massages now, deep tissue, hot stone and relaxing massage. All of the massage therapists are professional, polite and listen to what your specific needs are prior to massage. I decided to become a member after the first visit so I can continue to receive the benefits from massage to my overall health. I even purchased gift cards for family this Christmas too. I highly recommend this location.
