Walgreens

This was a great Walgreens because they had so much. I was looking for the NYX products and walked right by the wonderful display that was in the front. I think I was so mesmerized by all the products in the beauty section. I also found a wonderful soap pouch that I have been looking for to give as a gift. The staff were nice greeting me and asking if I did need help . Thank you all for being so helpful tonight.

Agustin, at the photo lab he’s great he took the time to make sure my passports pictures were taken correctly thank you so much for your hard work appreciate you. I hope he gets recognized for his hard work.

Even though the last few weeks have been challenging at this location due to staffing shortages, I have to give this pharmacy a five star rating. I have gotten my prescriptions at this location for 18 years. The staff have always gone above and beyond in customer service. The pharmacists and pharmacy techs have worked so hard to fill prescriptions and go the extra mile to educate and assist their customers.

It saddens me that so many people have given this pharmacy low ratings and have no sympathy for these dedicated employees. Since COVID, the additional responsibility of administering COVID vaccines constantly pulls the staff from their regular responsibilities. I wish everyone could understand what they have endured.

Today was my third trip to the pharmacy this week as the pharmacy had to close for a few days due to lack of staffing. Yes, I’ve spent several hours in line this week, but I hope everyone will have a little compassion for what the pharmacy staff are dealing with. This week their internet went down for a day, so the few staff that worked today (one pharmacist and one tech) not only had to take care of filling current prescriptions, phones, administer vaccines, unload a huge medication delivery, fill the hundreds of prescriptions that came in during the outage, but take care of customers in line.

I would like to give the pharmacist that worked today a huge thank you. His name is Ben. I got to the pharmacy a half an hour before it was to open. The pharmacist arrived around the same time. After clocking in, he came out and asked what I was picking up. Even though the pharmacy wasn’t open, he went out of his way to make sure my prescriptions were ready so I wouldn’t have to wait long after opening. He also took the time to find a coupon to bring the price down on my prescription that wasn’t covered by insurance. Unfortunately, there was only one pharmacy tech working with the pharmacist, so I know the tech and pharmacist were stretched thin.

Hopefully, any pharmacy staff that left over the past few weeks will return. You are missed. I also hope that all customers will put themselves in the place of these people who are working tirelessly to serve you. Please be patient and show kindness during these trying times.

Tinsol was the sweetest! Very warm and kind and funny during the checkout process, I literally left with a smile on my face after a long evening at work. Will definitely keep coming here rather than my regular Walgreens. Please give her a raise!!

Five stars go to the beautiful and warm-hearted lady at the Photo Center. I decided to take my passport photo myself this time and I used an app to generate a printable grid on 4x6. The lady immediately understood my intention when printing the photos and gave me cropped duplicates along with the uncropped copies, free of charge! I didn’t like to take passport photos at stores because sometimes photographers do not have patience to take a satisfying photo for you. But I believe you can trust the nice lady here!

They store pharmacy has been more helpful then the last pharmacy, put in the work to get it transferred and get it done in a timely manner. Glad i moved my meds over to this pharmacy.

Dan the manager is awesome and went the extra mile to make me happy tonight. I walked into the store super upset and he made me so happy! I had a problem and he didn't let me leave unhappy. Walgrens is super lucky to have him. I love this store so much! I will return always because of his great customer service! Thanks Dan!! You restored my faith in people! Marni Bronson

The head pharmacist, Sherry, was an absolute gem! We are visiting from way out of town and my daughter’s asthma flared up pretty bad and they had her prescription transferred and filled within 15 minutes, both times....there was a miscommunication with the tech I spoke on the phone with and we got an inhaler instead of the nebulizer solution....but the pharmacist was totally on top of it and my daughter is now breathing happily.

Most of the employees I have encountered here have been very nice to work with. Very friendly and professional.

Cool pharmacy and you can get the vaccine, and photos very fast , with Walgreens card there is a lot of discount on various products

Wow I love this Walgreens so much I've been going there for so many years and I always get the best service from a sweet little lady named betsie she is such a sweet person she just makes my day so much better.

This place is my favorite place to go to. Its like I have a family there. Everyone is so welcoming and the pharmacy is always so kind. I definitely recommend this location.
