The food was absolutely incredible. We tried the Nashville Hot, the Angry Fries, and the OG. Nashville Hot has the perfect amount of subtle heat, not overwhelming at all. Real chicken, quality ingredients. We were visiting from out of state, so I'm sad we can't go more often.

Fantastic chicken sandwiches. We had four different ones and everyone loved theirs. Mine was the angry bird with truffle ketchup for the fries (in the picture). They have lots of cool sauce options to choose from.

The Buff Chick is an awesome Buffalo chicken sandwich. I hope it becomes a permanent menu item. The only downside to the restaurant is that the employee wouldn't let me get the Buffalo sauce on the side for the tenders. It's pretty much a pick up and go restaurant but it has like 6 seats at a counter facing beautiful Cabot st.

This place is absolutely amazing. The food there is always seasoned perfectly and the chicken sandwiches are warm and crispy. Also let’s not forget about the amazing staff crew. They are always so kind and quick. I am a frequent customer and once and awhile I’ll forget a side of pickles, and they will remember to add it to my order anyway. This will always be my favorite place to get a chicken sandwich! Highly recommend!!

I got wind of this place through Phantom Gourmet, and I figured I'd give them a shot.

The chicken was fantastic, as well as the Biscuits! I would come back just for those.

I also had the Loaded fries, while they were good, they weren't a bomb as the biscuits or chicken sandwiches.

They have lots of options, and it was packed.

Be ready to wait 20-30 minutes if it's busy.

I waited 35 minutes. It was worth it though.

My only critique, is they should have a dedicated person to clean tables and sweep the floors. They were in need of a scrub.

I'd be back when I'm in the area.

had the fries with truffle ketchup and the Nashville hot sandwich witb an egg this was like a revelatory experience - the fried chicken was so crisp and not overly oily, complemented with the fried egg whose warm yolk helped to distribute the delicious flavor and assuage the spice of the chicken.
and the FRIES. best fries I have literally ever had, super light and airy and crisp on the outside and warm on the inside. they had the perfect amount of salt and I could tell the oil they were fried on was near-fresh, which makes a huge difference. oh and the truffle ketchup was nice and subtly spiced, not entirely sure I could pick out the flavor of the truffle but it tasted different and tastier than normal ketchup anyways!

The rave reviews are spot on. We've been grabbing Flip the Bird for years since moving to the area. We place our orders online, but the people at the counter we pick it up from are always pleasant and generally awesome. The food is honestly as good as lots of sit-down restaurants that cost a lot more, but it has those comforty-fast-food vibes. We also like that the food preparation area is open and visible and that the cooks always seem like awesome people having a great time at work. There's not a ton of variety on the menu, but there are some non-chicken-sango things to try, and let's face it: why mess around with a big, complicated menu, when you can do a few things JUST RIGHT. And that's what they do. (And everything I said above, especially about cool, welcoming staff, points to great owners who know what they are doing!)

I got the OG chicken sandwich while my friend got the angry bird sandwich. Both were SO FREAKING DELICIOUS! The chicken was tender and juicy, but with the most crispy crunch. I 10/10 highly recommend.

Update: At my latest visit the staff graciously indulged me with an experiment I will share. It is essentially the Early Bird, but instead of a standard bun, I asked for waffles! It came out fantastic, one side with hot honey, the other with maple syrup and an egg (both sides with honey butter on the waffles). See my creation in the pictures. I make my petition/challenge for you guys to take this, improve upon it (an actual waffle bun perhaps?), and do what you do best! Keep up the good work!

Amazing food, everything on the menu is fantastic. Staff is always nice, wait times aren't bad. I think a delivery option would be nice though. Most of the prices are reasonable, but the shakes are a bit overpriced IMHO. I go here frequently, always top notch. Wish they were open later too.

If you haven't tried this place. You should! One of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had. Huge and juicey and delicious! Fantastic fries too. I absolutely loved it.

The food here is always amazing! The angry fries are usually my go-to. The new type with chicken tenders is good, although I do miss the pulled pork, they were the best

Went here on the way back from wingaersheek beach, I’m all over the hot chicks spots and this one didn’t disappoint. Nashville sandwich was fire, the angry fries were so good with the perfect amount of heat. Biscuits a lot different than other places but in a good way, they’re massive and with the pimento and honey butter I couldn’t stop eating. Staff was really nice also.

This is by far the best crispy style chicken sandwich I have ever had. I had the PCH sandwich. It's not the toppings that make this sandwich amazing, although, the avocado mash and apple fennel slaw are surprisingly delicious, it's the thin layer of crisp that makes up the fried chicken that is so good. It's not a heavy greasy taste, it's a light fry that melts in your mouth.

The french fries are also seasoned to perfection. I have not had fries that are this good.... well, ever.

Another thing that knocks the ball out of the park is the restaurant's ability to make sauces that inspire. The Bayou sauce is VERY addictive. It's mild with a "tang" to it. Add it to the fries and BAM! Delicious. The rib sauce was out of this world and the inventive toppings on the chicken sandwich make your mouth tingle.

I definitely suggest trying this restaurant. I do not always review, but this place is DEFINITELY worth reviewing. Prices are a bit higher than your normal carry out, but on par with a dine-in restaurant. Food is amazing. You wont regret it.

Outstanding food at a reasonable price. Their chicken sandwiches may be the finest I have ever sampled. The super hot offering, aptly named the Cry Bird , packs a solid amount of ghost pepper sauce that will satisfy those looking for a challenge.

Decided to stop in spontaneously and was greeted with friendly smiles, recommendations, and welcome as a new customer. Got the PCH (pictured) and fries with their homemade ranch sauce - all amazing. Definitely check this place out. Very unique offerings amidst Beverly’s eateries.

Hands down one of the best chicken sandwiches in the area. So flavorful and you can tell they use high quality chicken. Definitely get the bayou sauce for dipping

Solid fried chicken sandwich. I love fried chicken and this was a treat. I got the early bird with the bayou seasoned fries. Both were bomb. My wife got the the Nashville Hot chicken and while not as hot as the one we had at Hattie B’s, super flavorful and hot enough. She was a little disappointed with the coleslaw but overall a great lunch.

I flipped over their bird sandwich! Fried chicken, avocado mash, bacon, tomato and slaw. Fresh, hot, delicious! Indoor casual, outdoor benches, easy parking. Small menu but it's all delish!

I moved away 3 years ago and I still think about the Nashville burger. Great joint!

My stomach wants to flip me the bird because I was only able to give it one of these delectable sandwiches. Eating it left my taste buds wanting me to take another bite before I was even done chewing the last. I highly recommend treating yourself to a spicy chicken sandwich.
