Mari-Anne Motel

The Mari Anne motel was Fantastic.
Room was clean with everything needed.
Gary the Manager was very nice and called me back almost immediately with a ready room. I would stay here again.
Did I mention it’s right on Hampton Beach!

Just recently stayed in the renovated room upstairs with my 1 year old and husband. The room and accommodations were great. The outdoor space was great and the location could not be better to get to the beach or town.

This was our second year in a row staying at this motel. We absolutely loved the atmosphere, location, and price. The owner Gary is such a kind and funny person.

There is a big front lawn area that has multiple outdoor couches and chairs, corn hole, a grill for guests to use, and beautiful flowers everywhere.

It is directly next to the state park beach, which is not on the main strip, it is the one you have to pay a few dollars to park to the right of the main beach. But since you will be parked at the motel you don’t have to pay anything to go there. I like this because at the state park one only you are allowed to bring a grill and have a contained fire, where at the regular beach you are not allowed to do this.

It is also only 5 minute walk to the main Hampton beach strip and all of the shops. It really is an excellent location.

All of that being said, you do have to remember that it is a motel. There is nothing special about the rooms at all. But they are clean. And for us, a laid back couple that barely spent any time in the room anyways, we just needed somewhere to sleep at night.

It has a mini fridge, a microwave, a tv, and an air conditioner.

So although the rooms are small and are nothing special, I am still happily giving 5 stars and am excited to come back next year due to the great community atmosphere and the owner Gary being a kind, funny, and helpful person.

I highly recommend this location and we will be coming back for years to come

Found this place last year and stayed for a week. Loved it so much came back this year. Plan on coming back next year too! Gary the manager is great and super helpful. It's great for my kids and the beach is a short walk away from the room. Amazing prices, great location. Kid friendly.

Amazing atmosphere and really can’t beat the price. Gary is awesome! Always friendly and ready to help his guests. Us and our large family of kids have the best vacations here. Will always return.

Gary the property manager made our stay here memorable. He was very accommodating and gave my son a giant homemade cookie the size of his head (which we shared and it was delicious!). He also helped me by finding me a cell phone charger and let us use the cott for my son to sleep on. He made coffee in the morning and took great care of the lawn and flowers which really made the ambiance of the place stand out. The room was very affordable and super close to the beach. I would highly recommend this motel for your next vacation at Hampton. Thank you, Gary, for making our stay a memorable one!

My family stays here every year for a week atleast!!! We have never been disappointed always feel welcomed ;the owner Joe is a great man and helps out in anyway possible!! The beach is very close just over hill in backyard..green grass; grill; clean rooms, and great price we will def be returning!

We came here to spend a day with our aunt and uncle... the owner let us stay the night for an additional fee and was very flexible and friendly! He made coffee in the morning and set it out for guests. He said he is working on fixing up the rooms more as well!

Stayed here while in the area for work. Owner was wonderful, went out of his way to accommodate. Price was affordable, room was older but clean. Free parking, quiet end of the main drag. Will definitely stay here again.

Small room but otherwise it's a fantastic place to lay your head at night and the management was FANTASTIC!! unfortunately I couldn't stay my full-time there but the next time I do go up that will be my number one place to stay😁
