Their country fried chicken and chicken crispers are the best around. Staff is fast and friendly. Their new ribs were just ok and my wife was not a fan of their pot pie. Great desserts and the large cookie for lunch pick up is the best!

Always eat at the bar lounge where service is great, food is consistently very good, and you always have laughs. You can watch sports or talk to friendly people.

It was my first dining experience since Quarantine. We noticed driving by that they had outdoor seating set up. Plenty of hand sanitizer, spacial seating, disposable menu. I went for the lobster roll and a diet pepsi. It was probably the best fountain pepsi I've ever had. Those lines were flushed clean, the ratio of syrup to carbonation was perfect. The lobster roll was also perfection. It was packed with lobster meat, just the right amount of mayo in a buttered toasted bun. I was not disappointed!

Great menu, great prices, service very friendly and attentive. Food is always tasty. I wish they would remind about rewards program, would make it easier to use. Bartenders are especially nice.

Come here for lobster!! I was just at another seafood restaurant last weekend where lobster rolls were almost $30 and I got the super colossal lobster roll here for only 20 bucks! It came with an appetizer and dessert for that price! Our service was great and the food was excellent. We will certainly be back!

I had a fantastic lunch in the 99 With a friend.
I ordered the chicken pie with a drink and a salad.
Before you walk in you are greeted by the manager who welcomes you into the restaurant.
Our waitress was exceptional and made sure we had everything we needed.
The chicken pie arrived at my table piping hot and delicious.
A good size pie too I might add.
Franklin Massachusetts was the one we dined at.
Plenty of parking.
Wheelchair accessible.
Super clean rest rooms.

Food is always good, even when I get takeout

I always come to this particular 99 restaurant when i am in Bellingham. This particular Franklin's location is one of the Best 99 restaurant that I ever ate from. The food is very tasty, and when i mean tasty i mean that i NEVER have to add extra salt or black pepper to my plate. Their salmon is cooked to perfection and that basil sauce that they drizzle it with its like heaven!!! The service is good and the restrooms are clean. I would definitely recommend this particular restaurant at this particular location to anyone. Oh and they have $5 margaritas 🍹 can't go wrong. Love this place.

Always a great place for a quick bite

The first time I went to a 99 restaurant, which was probably 2004, I hated it. Just awful food. For years I always described my experience eating their chicken to that of eating a hard sponge.

Since then, I reluctantly went back only to find new menu items and an overall change. The food was awesome, I couldn't believe the turn around. It was a memorable experience and most of the time, I'd never describe a restaurant as memorable, but the food was so good and the service so lovely.

I haven't been to a 99 restaurant in years but I have to say this location was pretty good. It is right off 495 in Franklin and if you are traveling from the Cape or the outlets, its easy off and on to the highway. This place is pretty large and the staff here is fast on their feet with seating and service. What I like about the 99, it is what it is and you know you will get some okay food and cheap prices plus some good drinks. The menu is the typical chain food menu with sandwiches, burgers and entrees and salads. The good news here is the place is loud so if you have some kids, it is okay that they are loud as well. Food was decent, staff was friendly and really fast and the prices were excellent! Would return here for a quick regular meal with the kids! Place beats the nasty Incontro restaurant across the street which is supposed to be Fine dining, yeah right.
