Wayne is the best! I've been to the Enfield store several times and was lucky enough to be assisted by Wayne.Today I went in to purchase 2 appliances and I needed them quickly, he succeeded. I had to return because I forgot something and again he got the job done. Wayne is knowledgeable and extremely patient and answers all questions. He is is an asset to to P .C. Richard store. He deserves a raise🙂

From the point of purchase to the delivery, I am 100% satisfied. On a late and rainy evening after work, I decided to go to PC Richard in Enfield CT. I was only trying to compare prices for a washer and dryer, one of those not desirable purchases. The sales associate Arthur, was phenomenal, efficient and very knowledgeable at his job. He took the time to listen to me and what I was looking for. He didn't try to push a more expensive item. Although it was literally minutes to closing he took his time to help me. I indicated I was just shopping around, but that was not a concern for him. He did not send me on my own to look around, he helped me pick something within my budget. I was sold at his diligence and attention, so I decided to make the purchase right there and then. Arthur, suggested sending me a link to finalized the purchase with a card I have on my phone. I could not say anymore!!! The representative who confirmed my delivery was delightful and very professional. The two delivery guys were on time frame. They did an outstanding job installing the washer and dryer. My husband did not remember their names🤔 But they also deserve recognition for their professionalism and keeping my floors clean. This whole process was easy peasy lemon squeeze!!!

Tony was so helpful, was not over bearing and sold me the perfect slide in oven range. Was a great first experience in P.C Richard’s. Thanks again!

I stopped here with the mission to buy a washer for my daughter who will have her first baby within a month. Tony greeted me when I arrived, helped me compare manufacturers and ultimately helped me decide. We then discussed purchasing a dryer as welll. They will be delivered and installed in 2 days. Very happy with the purchase and with Tony’s help. He is an asset to their team.

I just purchased a washer at P C Richards and found it to be a most pleasant experience. I've bought several appliances from them in the past with the same fantastic results. Service is the best, the knowledge of their products is superb, and the prices are great!
Also, the selection is the most I've seen anywhere.

Worked with Tony and Nick for our purchases who were very courteous and knowledgeable. The whole experience was very stress free. We purchased Frigidaire appliances and Sealy bedding.

Lee A was incredible helpful to my husband & I as we are first time appliance buyers. He answered every question we had and then some. He didn’t rush us, took his time, and gave us the back story and history to everything we would need to know. If and when we need to buy a a new appliance we will definitely ask for Lee once again. Lee A- had a super easy time purchasing my refrigerator today. Lee was very patient with both my husband and I, especially given that we asked a million questions and made two different trips causing him to have to wait around for us. My husband and I were in the market for a new television and went to P.C. Richard’s in Enfield CT. We were greeted by Justin who explained the new TV technologies with easy to understand language. We ultimately purchased a new OLED TV which is fantastic! Since Justin provided so much insight into the new technology, we inquired about new sound system innovations. Based on his recommendations we purchased a new sound bar which we are also extremely happy with.
We highly recommend P.C. Richard’s for these purchases and most importantly Justin for his professionalism and expanse knowledge of electronics!
