North Village

For the most Part North village apartments is a good place to live. But occasionly you will run into the bad apples around here and there is no shortage of them. But You just try your best to go about your business and live your life, even though they do a good job of making others miserable with their antics. It's really just the luck of the draw whether you get a horrible neighbor or not. I've lived here for 10 years and I was homeless when I was accepted as a tenant at north village. I will be forever grateful that I was able to get housing here through their community housing program for families. When I graduated that program after 4 years I was able to retain my apartment. They do so much for the families that live here. The property is beautiful and the maintenance workers are really good at fixing things in a timely manner. Thank you North Village!

I’ve lived at the village for 6 years and had nothing but a great experience. The office helps with not only your kids but you as an adults as well. They help you achieve your goals and then some! The lady’s in the office to the maintenance people are nothing but kind and amazing with GREAT personalities! North village is a good place to live in if you have a family and I would definitely move back if needed.

I have been a tenant at North Village for a little more than 10 years. When i first moved in there was a lot of drugs throughout the property. Winn residential bought it out and with the new mangement of Leanne and Dennis they have turned this place around. Since they have managed it the kitchens have been remodeled, all new rugs throughout the apartments, the pourches have been redone. They will soon be repainting my apartment as well. They have maintained the outside to look beautiful. Also the maintenance have been a huge asset to this complex. They are available at all time. Brian and Paul have been more than easy to work with. I would highly recommend living here. I'm truly grateful for all that they have done for me.

North village is a great place to live. The office staff is excellent with doing things for not only the children but the adults as well. They have made the community room a place where children want to be and play & it looks amazing. The office staff go above and beyond and ask the tenants what we would like to do as a group and things we would like to see. There very active in doing things for us and things we enjoy. I am greatful for the group of ladies in the office and all the maintenance Workers that keep our buildings and outside looking good. My only suggestion that can better things is the laundry. The machines need to be upgraded or replaced as they take multiple loads to dry and it would be awesome to have more then 1 washer and 1 dryer but not sure if that could even happen but def suggest something to be done with the laundry because there not the greatest quality and it takes much longer then it should be to dry. But other then that I love north village.

I've had the fortune of being a part of the North Village Community since I was 5 years old. The office staff has always been courteous and helpful. They have answered many of my questions and concerns over the years concerning work and rent and even introduced me to a scholarship opportunity for college.The maintenance staff also does a phenomenal job of keeping the complex clean. Whenever I've had appliance issues in my apartment, the maintenance staff has speedily fixed the problem. They also do an impeccable job at snow removal and keeping the paths and parking lots clean. Generally, most of the residents are also super friendly. I haven't had any personal problems with anyone here over the years, people tend to keep to themselves.

Great place to live. Clean, safe for kids and Everyone is super friendly especially the staff. They have special events for residents and make living here an awesome experience!

There is not much to complain about. It is safe, clean and quiet. The staff are friendly and they take care of things right away. My kids love it here.

I am so grateful to be a resident at North village. They gave me a shot when no one else would have. I am so ever happy and blessed to be here. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I love you guys.

Property is always well kept. Maintenance repairs are done promptly. Management staff goes out of their way for the residents.

The Village is a nice place to live in. Just stay to your self and you're great.... The staff are great to me and mines.... They are always trying to make sure that we are cared for......

They go above and byond what their jobs are to help people!! I love living here and would recommend this apartment complex to everyone!

It is very clean, the staff are very helpful and nice. i have a piece of mind knowing the authority's patrol quite frequent and there are cameras so that makes it much more safe, and love how they're always doing things for the kids....
