Kennedy Fried Chicken

Stopped in on a lunch break and this was genuinely some of the best fried chicken I've had in a while. Super friendly gentlemen behind the counter offered me rice and chicken to try alongside my spicy fried chicken sandwich, both were fantastic. Many blessings to this restaurant, keep being amazing!

Delicious food, great service! Friendly behind the counter and won’t serve old chicken, always insists on making a fresh batch!! Samples are offered to pretty ladies…. Hot sauce and ketchup also available.

I stumbled on this place (as I'm ALWAYS looking for good fried chicken wherever I go!) and couldn't have been more pleased with everything! The service, the food, the price......it's a tiny building, if you blink you could miss it, but the heavenly smell, wafting out into the street will surely get your attention! The gentleman who waited on me was kind, generous, and genuine. The fried chicken is cooked to perfection, crispy outside, moist inside, and falls off the bone, signifying the meat is cooked properly. I got 3 chicken breasts and 12 full-size wings with rice. He threw in 2 thighs and coleslaw for free, all for aprox. 40$. Highly recommend.

Oh my goodness, I recently had the pleasure of trying the mouthwatering fried chicken from Kennedy Fried Chicken and I must say, it was an absolute delight! From the moment I took my first bite, I knew I was in for a treat.

The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I could taste the careful preparation and attention to detail that went into every single piece. The seasoning was just right, with a perfect blend of spices that left my taste buds singing with joy.

But what really stood out to me was the kindness and compassion of the staff. They were so welcoming and friendly, and it was clear that they took pride in their work. They went above and beyond to make sure that I had a wonderful experience, and I truly appreciated their efforts.

I got a trio of chicken fresh out, it was great. Hot, juicy, crispy skin. Ice cream was also super tasty. Service was super friendly. I plan to come back!

The most delicious Halal place to eat! The restaurant is small but once you enter it, the smell is sooo delicious. The owner is so friendly and caring to all his customers. My favorite is the rice and fried chicken. So delicious and savoring. I recommend everyone to come here, worth the price and you wouldn't regret it.

Love this chicken! I only get the fried chicken but it is by far the best. People come in and buy huge orders, then you wait a few minutes for a smaller order but it’s hot and fresh and worth the wait

Such kind and friendly customer service! Delicious crispy chicken and my beef patty was yummy too. The gentleman serving customers was accommodating and truly gracious and generous. The dining area isn't large, but it was clean. Family - friendly, he was eager to help his youngest customers. He also pointed out to a customer that they overpaid him.

I've got to give it up for these guys over there. They have a nice little place that has a ton of options to choose from. So if you're in a party, and the only one not craving chicken, you're covered. Haha. I went in to try their spicy chicken sandwich meal, absolutely incredible by the way, and walked out having only paid $8 for the meal with the added bonus of their house rice. After leaving a measly $2 tip - I immediately regretted that decision as that rice alone was worth $20. So amazing! Will definitely be back!

In the Salem area on vacation and looking for some good fried chicken. These guys make the absolute best fried chicken and fries around. Not too many places to sit down and eat on a Saturday night and they were really busy, but they apologized profusely to my girlfriend and I for the wait (maybe 10 minutes tops for a dine-in order) and gave us a free rice (which was excellent as well by the way). All in all this is a great place with friendly staff and we will be coming back here next time we are in the area!

The guys that own and work here are awesome !! The customer service they show every person is beyond amazing!! Their food is crunchy deliciousness that's cooked quick to perfection and it's fairly priced too ! I've seen them help customers that were short (mostly LEHS kids), I've seen them let ppl sit inside to warm up while waiting for the bus , use there phone because they missed the bus, I've seen them give water to ppl walking by or waiting at the bus stop on a hot day ! I've seen them help a person in need almost every time I've been there !! When I pick up here i always have an interesting conversation, leave full with a yummy dessert for later, and always with a smile 😊

This is the best fried chicken I have had on the North Shore! It's affordable, fast, their batter is excellent, and the staff is always smiling, helpful, and friendly.

They also make a spicy, Middle Eastern style rice that will change your perception of how rice should taste.

THE ONLY complaint is that there is VERY limited parking, only about 3 cars can fit at a time, which may require you to park at the gas station next door. Even so, that minor inconvenience will soon be forgotten as you indulge in the forbidden, ambrosial delights offered by this establishment.
