The employees are great! Very friendly and helpful. You can ship and pick up packages here. We wanted to ship something but didn't realize we needed shipping materials. They helped us locate empty boxes and bubble wrap. They put everything together and secured it with extra cardboard and tape. The employees are truly amazing! Highly recommend this place.

I called the gateway center because I was waiting on a package that I desperately needed. Venita P was so nice! She located the package, called me when the the driver returned, and I was able to pick it up. I’m sure it was definitely time for her to go but I appreciate that she went above and beyond.

Diana is the most wonderful and excellent worker. She went above and beyond to help me even though it was closing time and I had a problem.

They do not print labels. You must have a preprinted label. Otherwise, nice place. Clean. Guy was nice

A great place to send package and a great place to work. And they have great benefits if u work for them. So send a package u will get it on time.

I had a fantastic experience at this location. I came in on a Monday morning just as they opened to try and pick up a package that I wasn't home to receive. Diane explained that they don't clear out the trucks after Saturday deliveries, but that she would go look in the truck to see if she could find my package. She was gone at least 15 minutes, but came back empty handed. I thanked her for trying, and was going to be on my way. She asked for my name and number, and said that she would call me when the truck came in that afternoon so that I could come back to get my package as soon as it was there. It turned out that the delivery driver arrived at my house just as I was getting home from work, so I was able to get the package at home. But Diane still called to check on me, and make sure everything was in order. She went above and beyond what I expect from my UPS store, and I hope she knows how grateful I am. She made me decide that if ever I have the choice to ship, I will ship UPS and use this store as my home store. Thank you!

I was worried when I saw other reviews, but the lady who helped me was great. I told her I was concerned they'd try to deliver my package when I was at work, and I wouldn't be there to receive it. As it was a valuable package, I was wanted to make sure the delivery went smoothly. She was super helpful, and told me she'd hold it there to be picked up on Thursday. I am, by nature, impatient and annoying, so I called her back early on Thursday morning. I could hear trucks honking in the background, so I know they were super busy. Despite that, I only had to hold for a brief moment. The same woman came to the phone, remembered me, and assured me that she was right about to take the package off the truck and set it aside for me. She even remembered when I had planned on coming by to grab it. Super friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go pick up my package.

My daughter and I came to this location to pick up our packagea. Long story short the counter guy was very friendly and informative and had a really good memory because he was able to tell me who came to pick up my package from the housing community that I originally had it shipped to. There was a police officer standing next to him and before I knew it the police officer had went and retrieved the package that belonged to my daughter. Long story short, the customer service that we received was definitely ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!😉

Great location right off the highway. I was in and out in 5 minutes dropping off a half dozen boxes- with a scan and a receipt! An older guy helped me out and was super friendly. I have read many unfavorable reviews in trying to retrieve packages at this location but I've had good luck in that dept too. Although, I mostly use this location to drop/ship.

As usual the workers at the UPS shipping store were great. Diane and her cohort wrestled the large item I brought into a box so that I could ship it. This after producing a box i could use. This occurred today, at about 5 p.m. I think they went above and beyond. Kudos.

I needed help with a package 📦 to be rerouted and held there. Donald tracked it down and helped me. Very professional.

The major distribution point for Saint Louis City downtown area. Customer service friendly and helpful in shipping and pickup of packages. Now with outside lock boxes for customer pickup to reduce front door thief's. The location sells packing materials aiding proper package shipping.
Shipped many customer and personal packages over 25 years.

After reading all of these terrible reviews I was prepared for the worst. But quite the opposite, she was friendly. Efficient and funny. The whole experience was fine.
