Excellent place, filled with wonderful people and delicious food at a very reasonable price. I had a chocolate raspberry latte and it was fantastic! I honestly can’t wait to return!

Had the pleasure of visiting this location yesterday and was so impressed. The coffee was one of the best I have ever had and I have had a LOT of coffee. They get the beans from a local company in western MA that also supports missions to help the community and employ people in need. The company Breaking grounds was patient, kind and very accommodating to my new diet restrictions. They offered to make me something off menu to enjoy a good innovative veggy sandwich with pesto grilled and was so simple yet so delish. I had the maple oat milk hot late and it was perfection. Ten, froth, flavor and size it was so good.
I came here to support a local organization that is important to my family and was impressed by management, staff service, selections of food great menu and options. I can’t wait to go back. Everything was so good I had it all so quickly I got no pics. I actually stopped to smell the roses here and just unplug and enjoy not sure I have ever really done that before but it was beyond a perfect experience. Manager was so patient and kind to her workers and sharing great training tips with her staff. Was very pleasant experience and I can’t wait to go back.

What a fantastic place. I got an iced cinnamon bun latte and the greens egg and ham on a ciabatta, and both were delicious. Both people working were amazingly friendly. The shop also supports a really important mission! We need more local shops like this.

This is like a hidden gem of a coffee shop and what a great atmosphere!

Good food and tea, very friendly staff, and a lovely place to spend a morning

As both a former employee and customer, I have never felt so welcomed and safe as I did here. Everything on the menu is unique and literally created with love. It's a must stop in. Cheers. Also, the cleanest kitchen I've ever seen in the food industry.

I enjoyed a Chai latte and a big chocolate chip cookie. Great service, great product, great people. Very clean, plenty of seating inside and outside.

The great service, the great food, and the great coffee are just icing on the cake for this business. The fact that they are a part of the NortheastArc and help people gain skills for the service industry is reason enough to visit this place. But, they also have the best service and the best coffee in the North Shore!

Great coffee and breakfast sandwich was amazing.

My mom and I went to this cafe for the very first time this morning and it was AMAZING. We got cinnamon bun lattes and #3 breakfast sandwiches. Literally the best sandwich and latte I’ve had. Also, the girl who waited on us was so very kind. Will be back!!!

We've been visiting all of the coffee & pastry shops in and around Salem MA and so far, this spot wins it for us, hands down. The coffee was perfectly roasted (so many places over-roast!) And the added flavors were subtle and delicious (I chose honey and almond while my wife had cinnamon). The pastries were also excellent, fresh and flavorful! Combined with the sunny disposition of the staff who served us, we give this one four enthusiastic thumbs up!

great coffee, tight breakfast sandos, friendly service. A large coffee and a sandwich ("greens eggs and ham" - ham and egg with pesto and greens on a ciabatta, yum) only ran me $10, a total steal for how good it all was. definitely stopping in again to fuel up for my Sunday errands!

We were waiting fort our car to get fixed, do we ended up working from here for a couple of hours and it just happened to be a day where Xfinity was covering all orders for the day. The vegan one wrap is really good, and they have great options for lattes, too. It was a nice place to hangout for a bit.

Finally had a chance to try Breaking Grounds Cafe in Peabody! Talk about a Delicious Breakfast Sandwich! I ordered a Bacon Egg and Cheese which was made to order with fresh cooked ingredients! Plus the bread they use is even better! Definatly a must try if you haven't already! ☕☕☕ Plus they are a North East Arc program ❤

I ordered their oatmeal & a nutty bee latte -- they were delicious!! Staff is super friendly as well. They have a small collection of games to pass time so my friend and I played Connect 4 while we were there and had a great time.

Amazing #3 breakfast sandwich!! Out of this world!

Absolutely love this place!!! I was on my way to work when my car broke down a few doors down from Breaking Grounds. While I waited for the tow truck to come, I walked over to get myself a coffee and a sandwich. The food/drink was incredible and the staff is so welcoming. I am so thankful that I discovered this treasure, even if it had to happen because of my car!

I have just moved to the area and was asking around for a good coffee shop. The only place that everyone kept talking about was Breaking Ground, so of course I had to try it. I have now been there a few times and it is my go-to place for coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Not only is the coffee amazing every time but the staff is extremely friendly and on top of that they are making a difference in this already crazy world. If I could give 10 stars I would!!!
