1st time here,greatly impressed. Came in two hrs before appointment time,they called and put me in a door. I was unloaded in ten minutes... p.s impressed with sign In men's room... So Don't poop on the floor... For you toilet bowl challenged people... Made me laugh.

Thank you for your professionalism and high quality of service. Especially, to the two ladies at the reception area. also the place is spectacular, and very clean. Wonderful atmosphere. Other lineage facilities should take a lesson from these guys. You all rock 👍. In and out quick. Guy at loading dock did a great job as well.

Got us in and started unloading us. They like the refers off. Wait out by the gate check in and has Over nite parking.

Easy in easy out start loading at 7am done by 8am.Awesome!!!

Great place loaded before my appointment try n get there early and you will be out within the hour. Front desk lady's are super sweet park on side call with load number get a dock asap. Keep doors closed tandems to the back. Clean bathroom just no over night parking

Really nice facility! Swing doors open from the inside so we don't lose our pre-cool.
My appointment was at 0800 but I was a work in because I didn't get here until 1210, but they started loading me right away. This sure beats Americold by a mile:)

I currently work here at Lineage Polar in Richland,Wa & absolutely love my employer! Everyone else loves it too, for the teamwork, their schedule, the management team,etc..Go OneLineage!

This is the third Henningsen Cold Storage Warehouse I've been to in two months. At each place they have been the nicest, friendliest people.
They are quick, efficient and got me and had me loaded and rolling in no time..I wish this company's service was an industry standard instead of the exception!

Nice folks! Actually treat us drivers with respect. Of course I treat others with respect regardless of their behavior but it’s nice to receive it back.

Very clean facility and even took me in early!

All the staff were nice and friendly. The place was clean and well organized. Loaded and ready to go in less than an hour with a full load.

New, up to date, freezer warehouse. Staff is polite and knowledgeable. They have signs telling drivers where to stop and where to check in. I wish every warehouse was like this.

Home of the OTR drivers favorite destination; these facilities make you feel welcome and respected. Not sure if there is going to be parking available in the future or not at thIs location

I don't know about price, but on the drivers end they load unload quickly with professional people
