I had Also spoke with a couple other associates over the phone and every single one helped me took my number down & had Marty, call me back and it was just very kind and you can tell that they thrive on making customers happy. I Had some questions and concerns with a delivery and she helped me in a quick, timely manner very considerate, very professional and customers are #1. I was so pleased. I was having a stressful couple days and she just helped me with in the few minutes we spoke resolved everything. Thank you! I will be purchasing my next appliances with you guys soon. I have been to Home Depot several times but my last experience was a testament to why I prefer Home Depot over Lowe’s or other stores.

I actually needed to buy some paint. I called up the store and they picked up quickly and answered my questions and told me exactly where to go. I go there and the guy at the paint section helped me pick after understanding my needs and overall project. They weren’t trying to upsell at any point. Genuine customer service and I am satisfied with my purchase

Love the selection of flooring in stock or special order. That's what we are looking for for this trip. There are so many choices here that you can really customize your space the way you like.

Great people, I see them a few times a week, remember names, treat them with respect and they love my dog. The app they have for Home depot is now pretty powerful, you can look up any item in the store, scan barcodes, and it will tell you exactly where in the store it's located. The people that work in the departments are helpful. Gene in plumbing is an experienced pro. Tracy is another really good guy for hardware and in store knowledge. Bob that does keys in hardware is another decent guy. The girls at self checkout are really sweet and have little treats for my dog very helpful and always there if you have trouble with the machines. Red in the garden section is really helpful as well and very knowledgeable. Last but not least is Chris in loading out front. Hard to find a nicer guy. Treat these people with the respect they deserve and they will go way out of thier way to make sure you get what you want.

It kills me to write a positive review about Home Depot but this store is unlike any other HD I've been in. I was approached a number of times to see if I needed help...a rare experience at any business anymore. Keep up the good work and I'll keep coming back. Your competitor on Turner road needs to learn from you. Kudos to the management team for obviously making customer service a priority here!

This store is amazing and I could spend an entire check here!!!! They have variety, good prices and both my husband and I can enjoy this place together!!! And they carry my favorite glass cleaner, dish soap, laundry soap and ZEP is the best carpet shampoo! Bought hubby the work bench below during special buy, great deal!!

Same great place as always to get your project supplies. Still a wait to get assistance from the staff, but it's that way all over, isn't it?

This is one of the friendliest home depots I have ever been in (and I go to a lot of home improvement stores). I can always find someone to help me find what I'm looking for, and their customer service desk is always willing to accommodate my cart full of returns that my boss sends me in with! When in the Salem / Keizer area, this is definitely my go-to Home Depot!

I have been here several times since buying my new home and I highly recommend ordering online and picking up at the customer service or car pickup.

Home Depot they answer your questions, and they take the time to help u when u are in there store . I do like their products, and their store is nice and clean . I give them a five out of five .. 🌷

Lots of helpful employees available to answer questions or help u find merchandise u may need. Good selection of pretty much anything you may need for any home projects u may have in mind. Decent prices for today's market it seems. Good selection of working gloves which I had to mention since it's hard to find a decent pair of gloves for me. This place has a good selection to choose from for a variety of uses that u may need em for. .
May sound silly to mention gloves of all things but if you have ever needed em you would understand :-)

There's so much to look at. I could spend hours in this store. We went there to look at a tool box. Nice box at a fair price 🔧 🧰 The poor kid helped me load heavy as$ box into the back of my sister in laws Hyundai and didn't complain at all!

I always buy the HDX Paper Towels there. They're every bit as good as the Bounty brand.

After my third trip to Home Depot arriving frustrated with an attachment on my Ryobi weed trimmer not fitting correctly, customer sent me to the Rental Center and thats when Derick pointed out that was I installing the blade incorrectly in a manner that didn’t make me feel like an idiot… lol.

Went in on 12/30/22 to buy a washer and dryer and Thomas provided great customer service he was very knowledgeable and even made sure we were getting the right matching set multiple times which we appreciated . He explained the whole delivery process to us and even gave us copies . Thank you for your kindness and help !

I received as a gift of a plant=tree. Within a week it was failing...not a healthy plant. The "condition " was clearly not HD's fault.

Oliver at Customer Service desk was very thorough in collecting information regarding my experience. He knows since problem solving avenues and maintained HD policy. Thank you Oliver.
